Suprised that no credit card imprint
Suprised that no credit card imprint was taken on check-in Asked for interconnecting doors to be opened when we arrived - came back to our room at 11pm and had to call the off site night manager to open the doors (she was very sweet and obliging and appolgetic). Went to check out at 7am and the reception area was locked. Even with these little gripes aside it was a pleasant hotel.

Overall, the apartment was clean,
Overall, the apartment was clean, spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The lounge area only had a TV, could have done with a CD or DVD player. All the staff encountered were helpful and friendly. Location could not be more central, perfect for town centre shopping, anitique-ing etc.

The room was a good size. The
The room was a good size. The condom wrapper under the couch, the cigerette butts and rusty wire on the balcony (they had obviously been there for a while), crusty food stains on the chairs and carpet upset me greatly. The shower was most uncomfortable (water saving showers don't need to be like a sand blaster to save water).The Austar worked on and off and all fuzzy. I would not stay there again, I expected much better for what I paid.
