The only thing that let our stay here was that the housemaids failed to top up the tea/coffee supplies and frequently left us short of towels.
Over all thought it was an excelent stay, freindly staff, good facilities and fantasic location.

Fantastic customer service as you would expect from a Mercure hotel.
On arrival around 11am, the room was not ready (to be expected). However, they made their function room available as a staging area to assemble and setup the bike, and the men's room available for changing.
They took care of stowing the bike box for the entire duration of the stay instead of losing space to it in the room.
The room was basic, for economy, but had everything. Perfect for the single traveller. It was very clean and the bed, pillows and linen very comfortable as you would expect in one of Mercure's more expensive rooms.
The hotel offers a fitness centre which is nothing more than a single exercise bike and a treadmill. There is also a unisex sauna which was out of order at the time which was a bit disappointing as I enoy a sauna after a long day of cycling.

Perfect location. Right amongst the restaurants and shopping of Adelaide Cbd. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and museum/ galleries etc. Nice large clean room with balcony. Friendly staff. Resturant was $$$ and drinks over priced ($9.50 for a Corona) and Car parking was $30 a day, its such a short stroll to belgium beer cafe, and resturants So you dont have to use the resturant and bar....a great hotel planning to make this one our regular place to stay in Adelaide. Really nice.

What a gem. You can't go past this hotel for value. The room was modern and clean, the service friendly and first class. Good food in the restaurant and free car parking to boot. A bit out from the city centre but that's small beer compared to what this hotel offers for the money.

There were cigarette burns on the sink in the bathroom, otherwise, room was well appointed and very clean. Passageways badly needed vacuuming. A pleasant stay - would recommend it.

The fabulous Fire Station Inn located in the heart of Cosmopolitan North Adelaide with its huge selection of open air Cafes, restaurants and Hotels is a luxurious boutique style accommodation of three non-smoking suites.
The Fire Engine Suite is a fully self contained,large open plan apartment. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, king bed, king size spa bathroom and his and hers lavatories. However the highlights of the Suite would have to be the life size, antique fire truck and original fire man's pole in the bedroom!
The Loggia is a private suite with the emphasis on Romance and privacy with touches of Baroque accents and burnished jarrah floors. The magnificent two person huge spa bathroom with marble tiles and heated spa is flooded with light with 2 complete walls of glass opaque tiles. The bathroom is surrounded by a walled private courtyard garden with Italiate tiles, Tuscan hued walls, a lions head fountain and slim pencil pines.

The Majestic is a hotel that lived up to it's multi-awarded status.
Having stayed in numerous places across Australia, The Majestic has one of the better customer services I have experienced.
The room we stayed on the 6th floor was nicely furnished with a comfortable King bed and couch alongside the usual hotel room fittings.
What really won my partner and I over though was the location. We were literally a stone's throw away from Rundle Street Mall which is a hub of restaurants, cafe's and shopping retailers.
The minibar had all the usual fare and also included a plunger for coffee (ground coffee was available in the minibar).
The bathroom was roomy compared to some hotels, and was spotlessly cleaned daily (better toilet paper brand is a bit lack-lustre).
Bath robes are available by calling reception.
Price-wise, it was similar to other offers in the city.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Adelaide. Well done to all, we will be back!

Good location; close to a great variety of restaurants on Rundle Street; only two block from Rundle Mall.
Well maintained facilities, but disappointed in business facilities. Two computers in the open area of the foyer constitute the "business centre". The cost of using these and the cost of the internet connection in the rooms would make me consider alternatives if travelling again for business.

I shared this 2 bedroom apartment with 3 girlfriends for a special birthday get-together. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen well supplied with utensils. There were 2 bathrooms and one was en suite which is a bonus for 4 ladies! The beds were very comfortable and although it was a Saturday night the apartment was quiet. The main room had double aspects, one over beautiful Victoria Square and the other up Flinders Street. The Central Market is within an easy walk as is Rundle Mall. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and was very happy with the premier studio room. The staff were friendly and the location was great. Opposite Central Market and great restaurants along Gouger/Grote St. The carpark unfortunately is not located at the hotel but across the road. For $14 a day unlimited entry/exit it is good value. A beautiful historica hotel with new/modern style furnishings.

We had an annex apartment which was very new and stylish with good facilities. Being at the back of the complex, it is very quiet and peaceful with a leafy outlook. The location suited our visit very well as the apartments are within walking distance of restaurants, bars and transport. I would certainly stay here again.

A very happy situation to be in, so close to city, and ease to travel to my favorite suburbs to the east and into the hills areas. Close shopping and restaurants are added bonus. Accommodation spacious great to spread out in evenings.

Everything needed only footsteps away, quiet rear apartment. Only problem was no info given for carpark entry at rear, directions when picked key up would be helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at Rendezvous with a large number of the city's highlights within 2 blocks. We had a nice quiet room on the 14th floor and found it to be a great place to come back to at the end of a busy day of touring.

Not new appartments but well maintained. Has everything you need. Walking distance to shops and restaurants a bit far and having to walk pass nightclubs made us uneasy. Bus stop right outside the door though.

We found this place on our 10 week trip around Australia. The hotel is centrally located. It felt a bit on the old side, however, as a base for sightseeing around the town and day trips it was well suited. The kitchen area is on the small side for a family and there is no exhaust fan in the shower.

Room had all the conveniences I needed including an iron and ironing board for my creased shirts! Bed was comfortable and pillow size options (2 sets in the room) are always appreciated. Always disappointed when the Wi Fi is not free though....got accustomed to free wifi oversesas.

Staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. The internet booth for guests next to reception was another plus. The room was super clean and comfy, although beginning to show signs of needing renovation in the bathroom. Room service, including special deals was yet another plus. The dinner in the resto was very acceptable and, again, reasonably priced. The only disappointment was that there was no a la carte breakfast service and Hindley Street is definitely not chic.

Handy motel right in the city and close to Rundle Mall - Parking a problem through Wilson Parking @$12 per day but only in the tp 3 floors of a 7 story carpark. Parking is convenient but a fair walk with luggage etc to the motel

The location of the hotel is good as it is close to the tram. Customer service experienced during check-in and check-out from the reception staff was extremely poor. Housekeeping didn't service the room on one occasion during our 3 night stay.
