Location
Situated in the heart of the city, the BreakFree Directors Studios is within walking distance from the central business district, shopping and entertainment areas. This property is 15 minutes drive from the Adelaide Convention Centre and the airport.
Rooms
The hotel offers comfortable guestrooms that are tastefully decorated and come with an array of modern amenities to make your stay a pleasant one.
Restaurant
The property does not have restaurant facilities. Several restaurants are available in the surroundings where you can relish a wide variety of local, regional and international cuisine.

Room had all the conveniences
Room had all the conveniences I needed including an iron and ironing board for my creased shirts! Bed was comfortable and pillow size options (2 sets in the room) are always appreciated. Always disappointed when the Wi Fi is not free though....got accustomed to free wifi oversesas.

actually nothing is wrong with
actually nothing is wrong with the hotel.. just that the price they are offering.. they are only providing very small bed... very small room.. also i requested early check in due to my very early flight i need to catch some rest before my meeting, they are not able to do so...

Fantastic location, just 5 minutes
Fantastic location, just 5 minutes walk from Central Markets and all the restaurants. The studio is supposed to have a kitchenette, however the only form of cooking is a small microwave. The rooms that face onto Gouger street get a fair bit of noise from the restaurant and hotel. Both seem to be open until the wee hours, so this could make Friday/Saturday nights less enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

Location a bit out of main stream
Location a bit out of main stream but good for restaurants thats all. Cost a bit steep for location and size of room etc - dog box size. Would not stay again - stayed many locations much better for same price. Value for money just not there.

Funky but Clean
Hotel room was in building down alley from reception. No windows in room and a/c did not have the cleanest filter. Glad the day was cold enough not to need to use it. Hotel located two blocks from busy area with good restaurants, but these two blocks were empty at night. On the other hand, the room and bedding were quite nice.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is a little out of the CBD but was very quiet and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Nice bathroom and big comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again. Friendly, helpful staff.
