Clarion Hotel Soho

In hindsight, it's a real shame there had to be human interaction in this hotel experience - else it would have been an excellent review. The location, size and layout of the room was really very nice, but the lack of care from girl at the check in counter was simply offensive; it was like we were inconveniencing her by us being there wanting to check in. A very nice hotel but I'm not sure we'd use it again based on the staff service.

THank you for this opportunity. We stayed only one night at the Clarion. THe hotel was great it is very modern, a little dark in corridors. Our room was very comfortable. Great bed and was light and well appointed. However the bathroom is very small, the shower was not well placed and the floor was flooded when the shower was used. The Hotel staff did not understand that we had paid our bill via Hotel Club even though we told them the full amount had showed up on our AMX the previous week. They checked and all was ok. They have a restaurant attached which is very nice we had an average breakfast in there and this was extra cost. The loction is in a back street no outlook from the rooms at all which was dissapointing as Adelaide is such a beautiful city with parks everywhere. THe staff were very good. We would stay there again but I think prefer a better aspect from our room.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. Not quite in the centre of things, but still walking distance. All aditional charges (room service, internet, etc) quite expensive.
