We visited the spa room in the
We visited the spa room in the basement but there was so much chlorine and the spa had not been topped up in 4 days we were there. Socks were left there for 2 days before we told staff that they were abandoned. Staff seemed to not care much and just looked at you walking in - no greeting at all. i will look elsewhere next time.

The hotel was well located to
The hotel was well located to all shopping areas and public transport was just outside the front door, the hotel was clean and the room was lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Can not fault this hotel would recommend it without hesitation. The hotel facilities were well maintained.

the room we had wasnoisy..not through peoplebut a very noisy air con..that exploded evry 1/2 hour..though w were upgraded the following day..so thankyou to front desk staff...

Location and price was good. Room was comfortable. There were no extra pillows or blankets provided. Being an older building, there was no central heating. The room had a reverse cycle airconditioner. Late checkout is 12pm. Internet usage charges are a little steep. There is a minimum charge of $30 for 24 hours of usage, which was not made clear when the advertised price was $0.77 per minute. Restaurant did not operate 7 days a week and room service had limited hours.

We found that the hotel was perfectly
We found that the hotel was perfectly located in the CBD of Adelaide. The room was spacious and very well appointed - the King size bed was a bonus. Facilities caterd very well for the traveller. The restaurant and bar/sitting area provided the right decor and comfort for a relaxing meal and drink. We made sure that we used the pool and spa and enjoyed our time in a clean and welcoming hotel. Hotel staff were terrific and the price was very attractive. Overall a pleasant stay was had by us.
