Positioned within the arts and cultural hub of the West End and nearby to the business district, the hotel is the perfect gateway to the citys many historic and unique regions. Other nearby attractions.
The hotel is also the perfect starting point to experience tours of the Adelaide Hills or one of the regions famous wine tasting areas - The Barossa Valley or the Southern Vales.

great value for money. great central location, it is at the night life part of the CBD but it was not an issue. no noise heard.just busy on the streets.hire car offices on same street, or carpark next door for $15 per night. Pool fantastic, breakfast tasty.

Shopping tip:
Short walk from hotel
no need to hire a car. so much to walk to and you can take a tram ride to Glenelg and enjoy the beachside by day and night.

My wife & I and two other families
My wife & I and two other families stayed for only one night but nobody in our party could fault the hotel in any way. Will be back.

Staff were excellent - helpful
Staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. The internet booth for guests next to reception was another plus. The room was super clean and comfy, although beginning to show signs of needing renovation in the bathroom. Room service, including special deals was yet another plus. The dinner in the resto was very acceptable and, again, reasonably priced. The only disappointment was that there was no a la carte breakfast service and Hindley Street is definitely not chic.

We found the Hotel grand chancellor
We found the Hotel grand chancellor on Hindley very good for service facilities and location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On arrival we were offered an upgrade to an executive suite, which proved to be excellent. We were very pleased with our stay, and would definately stay there again.
