Great service
This was a great surprise and an excellent find. The place I expected to stay was booked and I found this gem online. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and the rooms are very nice. Would have loved a pot of coffee in the lobby in the a.m. But the hotel gets a top rating from me.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Amalfi's is just down Frome from the hotel. The hotel receptionist recommended it and it was excellent. I asked for a veal preparation that was not on the memo and they promptly offered to make it for me.

We stayed overnight in Adelaide
We stayed overnight in Adelaide to attend a dinner at the Adelaide Club which is a comfortable walk away. We were a little concerned with parking arrangements as we had a lot of luggage and parking was in a public car park and security an issue. In the event worked out alright as everything in tact when we picked up the car next day. Overal a good place to stay.

The Majestic is a hotel that lived
The Majestic is a hotel that lived up to it's multi-awarded status. Having stayed in numerous places across Australia, The Majestic has one of the better customer services I have experienced. The room we stayed on the 6th floor was nicely furnished with a comfortable King bed and couch alongside the usual hotel room fittings. What really won my partner and I over though was the location. We were literally a stone's throw away from Rundle Street Mall which is a hub of restaurants, cafe's and shopping retailers. The minibar had all the usual fare and also included a plunger for coffee (ground coffee was available in the minibar). The bathroom was roomy compared to some hotels, and was spotlessly cleaned daily (better toilet paper brand is a bit lack-lustre). Bath robes are available by calling reception. Price-wise, it was similar to other offers in the city. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Adelaide. Well done to all, we will be back!

Good location; close to a great
Good location; close to a great variety of restaurants on Rundle Street; only two block from Rundle Mall. Well maintained facilities, but disappointed in business facilities. Two computers in the open area of the foyer constitute the "business centre". The cost of using these and the cost of the internet connection in the rooms would make me consider alternatives if travelling again for business.

This hotel has location, location,
This hotel has location, location, location! Close to vibrant Rundle Street with its great atmosphere, shops, restaurants etc, it could not be more conveniently sited. The staff are always pleasant and obliging and the rooms are well appointed. I prefer the ones with the small balcony - for some fresh air. Prices vary but member dollars can help!

A great hotel. Well positioned,
A great hotel. Well positioned, well appointed rooms, quiet atmosphere, good firm bed. Good sized bathroom with shower and seperate bath in Deluxe King room. Sound proofing of rooms effective from street traffic and hallway and the late check out is a bonus. It is not cheap. Please dont put the rates up. We want to come back!
