Great location,staff & amenties but Parking problems
Loved the hotel, beds wonderful, right on beach, but arrived after driving for 41/2 hours to find no carpark available anywhere in the carpark or in the vacinity of the Hotel. It was beautiful day over christmas break and every carpark was taken by day trippers. Manager on duty gave us his park as he hadnt driven to work that day. Thank you!!

All great except for carparking
Everything great with our studio apartment and 2 bedroom. Right on beach, very clean & spacious, view or balcony facing sea or park. BUT must phone to book carpark which is VERY limited. Arrived Friday night and no public carparking was available due to popularity of area. Staff very accommodating.

This is the first time I have
This is the first time I have stayed in this hotel. It is in a wonderful location and I am very pleased I booked a room with an ocean view. The room had a good range of features but alas no hairdryer! I was disappointed with the front desk staff, both employees that I had contact with were abrupt and less than cheery. Parking outside is very expensive and no valet service so find somewhere near if you want to save some cash.

Fantastic location by the Marina,
Fantastic location by the Marina, Pier Street and all shopping facilities you could want. The hotel pool and spa was a great extra relaxtion too. Make sure you book a beach view.

From being able to check into
From being able to check into our room early, to finishing our stay in the morning by having breakfast in the Rocks Restaurant looking at the ocean the whole experience was fabulous We will certainly be going back to the Oaks Plaza Pier Hotel Loved It

Superb location right on Glenelg
Superb location right on Glenelg beach. Close to restaurants in Glenelg, also great restaurants in hotel. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Excellent location, and Hotel
Excellent location, and Hotel was great with apartment style/suite accomodation. Right at beach, and close to lots of restaurants. Swimming pool was wonderful!! Would stay there again.
