Position very noisy, on corner
Position very noisy, on corner of main multi-lane road into Hobart. Rather an unfriendly feel to building. Poor sound insulation between rooms. Could hear conversations in rooms nearby. Would not choose again.

The location is good, but there's
The location is good, but there's nothing special about the hotel. We were annoyed there was no safe, and on asking, we were told reception could put our valuables in their safe, but they didn't put it in a special envelope and we had no receipt. No other particular complaints, but not really very good value.

Promised gormet coffee on arrival, had to ask for it and given chocolate drink instead, after which decided to buy own coffee.

Apart from a small amount of street
Apart from a small amount of street noise, this hotel met every need we had for our attendance at a conference held nearby. On departing, we mentioned a malfunctioning light and management immediately notified maintenance of the need to investigate and fix. We will be back at this hotel again!
