The property also offers guests the use of a private dining room for up to 14 people. Business facilities include a boardroom for up to 10 people and a conference room, which can cater for as many as 80 delegates. A wireless Internet network covers the ground floor and is available free of charge to Hotel guests. An Internet kiosk is available in the guest lounge and an Internet connection is wired into every hotel room.

- Hotel Charles is located at 287 Charles Street, Launceston and is close to the southern outlet being Launceston's main arterial road linking the City to the rest of Tasmania and local Airport. Driving: From the Launceston Airport, the Spirit of Tasmania in Devonport, or Hobart, follow the signage to Launceston.
You will arrive in Launceston on the Southern Outlet. At the first set of lights, turn right into Howick Street. At the first roundabout, turn left onto Charles Street. You will see the Hotel on your right hand side. On the next roundabout, turn right into the entry of the Hotel.
Hotel Charles is 14km from the Launceston Airport and directly opposite the Launceston General Hospital.

The hotel was wonderful. Staff
The hotel was wonderful. Staff were very helpful - always there when you needed them and out of the way when you wanted to be left alone.Room was very nice and comfortable. Only a little split AC to heat the room though which did struggle a bit at times. Good central location to the city. Phil at the reception desk was wonderful and very helpful. Very nice place, would definitely go back there.....
