Very clean and comfortable place
Very clean and comfortable place to stay. We were made to feel welcome. The staff were well informed and courteous, nothing was to much. Great central location to lots around Central Melb during the day and loved the Italian Restaurants in Lygon Street just 2 minutes walk. Great experience. Will definitely go back there next stay. All staff were very nice to deal

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was quite good for Lygon street cafes/resturaunts etc. plus, pretty close to the cbd although we were happy wandering around Carlton! Free parking was a bonus as well. We were traveling with our 7 month old and there was plenty of space for a port a cot/travel bed (they provided the port a cot and linen with no charge) Great customer service and lots of staff on hand to help anyone whoo needed it. the only down side was that you could hear the traffic/noise on Lygon street but it didn't really keep us up.

This hotel is in a great location
This hotel is in a great location in a quiet spot on Lygon St yet close enough to stroll outside to the restaurant strip, (though their own restaurant is well worth trying too). The cocktail bar was also nice with complementary hot nibblies. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and glad to help.Parking was easy and only cost $10 extra. The only improvements we could suggest would be to have a proper coffee available with the buffet breakfast instead of the jug of stewing filter coffee - C'mon, guys, this is Lygon St!We'd still definitely come back again though.
