Shower contained some mould but
Shower contained some mould but generally the room was very well kept and clean. Considering that we were from Queensland and had never been to Melbourne before, we would have like a room with a view rather than one looking at a concrete wall (which is why we chose this particular Hotel - so that we could overlook the City and take it all in). Overall, a good experience.

An enjoyable stay in very pleasant
An enjoyable stay in very pleasant room with convenient location and good service. The bed could have been more comfortable and wireless internet would have been good. Would definitely stay there again though.

Great place to stay - very close
Great place to stay - very close to trams and also Southern Cross Station. Facilities were great, and beds really comfortable. Only down side would be shower in bath which may be a problem for older people (but there are rails to hold onto). Restaurant in side street which is attached to Medina is very good as well. Would certainly recommend to others and would stay again. We had a room on the higher levels, which meant that the noise from the trains/trams did not bother us, but some people did say that it was a little noisy at times. Perhaps flat screen TV's would be a plus, but TV's were adequate.

Fantastic location, close to tram
Fantastic location, close to tram stop and a pleasant walk to most city locations. The pricing and systems for internet access are our only complaint. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very clean room 2 bdrm apartment, 2 bathrooms, quiet room, was a Tuesday night on level 10. Bed was firm, but comfy. Great location to Etihad Stadium, DFO, Tram stop at front, close to Casino Southbank Restaurants etc.
