Staff were very helpfull and friendly.
Staff were very helpfull and friendly. Great location, very clean rooms. Only down side was in one of the bedrooms you could hear a motor or such starting up throughout the night, on and off. It was like a thermostat control motor, but we could not locate where the noise was coming from. It was reported to the front desk but obviously they could not find the source because it continued through out our stay.

My partner and I really enjoyed
My partner and I really enjoyed staying at the Medina Executive Northbank there was only one aspect where we weren't completely happy and that unfortunately was the beds-they were way too firm and neither of us got any sleep the 4 nights we stayed there. The service was exemplary and the room was lovely.

We stayed at the Medina Executive
We stayed at the Medina Executive Northbank because it was close to the new DFO at South Wharf. Just walking distance away from there and the Casino where you can find heaps of different eating venues. The staff are wonderful: really helpful and friendly. The room was more than adequate: clean and quiet. The trams are right outside the door and the 7/11 store is just on the corner. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Everything excellent except room
Everything excellent except room was very cold in mid june despite having room temp up to 25 degrees friend in adjacent room had same problem

This hotel was fantastic, except
This hotel was fantastic, except for the following: 1. The shower had a watersaving showerhead that was like trying to shower in a mist. It was almost impossible to keep warm whilst showering. 2. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and there was no tv in the bedroom, so I was little disappointed. 3. There are no blinds or block-out curtains in the living area, so the people in the apartments and backpackers nearby can look into the room. Also, you have to walk through the living area to go from the bathroom to the bedroom, so you cannot do this in your underwear. In saying all of this, the price and location were excellent, so I would probably stay there again.

It was conveniently located in Melbourne CBD with easy access to public transport. The secure car park at a reasonable rate was an added bonus. The studio room had everything we needed and the reception staff were helpful.
