The apartments location was excellent,
The apartments location was excellent, within walking distance to almost anything central i.e. casino and trams, trains. The restaurant next door was amazing, food excellent, service excellent and delivery times excellent. Hotel staff were great as it was a surprise for family member and they kept every quiet and looked after bits that were arriving before we did. Very enjoyable stay Thank you

Overall hotel was clean, location
Overall hotel was clean, location was a little out of the way, but the tram stop out the front made it much easier to get around town. It would have been nice if they replenished the milk. Would have also been nice to have robes available to us.

Great hotel offering lovely apartment
Great hotel offering lovely apartment living, walking distance to city centre & a stones throw from Southbanks restaurants and casino complex. Reasonably priced, only critisism would be the showers which are essentially useless! I'm all for water conservation but these shower heads are a bit over board! Would stay here again though, there's always the bath!

I was very pleased with the facilities,
I was very pleased with the facilities, location and service at the Medina Northbank. Just a short walk across the road to the Casino and southbank restaurants. Could not fault anything about the hotel and would definately recommend it to anyone. Thanks for the great service!!

I was upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment.
I was upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment. The second night was noisy due to the pub facing the laneway. There was a lot of loud music going on. Otherwise the 1st and 3rd nights were good.

Nice cosy hotel right in front
Nice cosy hotel right in front of the City Circle tram stop. The kitchen facilities in the room is great! We bought produce from the markets and made our own meals in the room.
