The Motel is centrally located
The Motel is centrally located with modern facilities. All the staff are freindly and very helpful, they even helped collect our bags from our vehicle. We will stay here again.

Booked a studio room for 2 nights,
Booked a studio room for 2 nights, and got a room that has a balcony, seperate bedroom, 2 air cons, kitchen, laundry, ultra modern furnishings and colours, loved it - it exceeded my expectations, was excellent!! really happy. Very clean, lots of windows, tram transport outside the door. Very close to Casino! Great staff, really friendly, really helpfull. Highly recommend this Hotel!!

My wife and I had a most enjoyable
My wife and I had a most enjoyable 4 days in Melbourne - What a great place! The Hotel is a short walk from all the facilities, such as Southbank (Great Restaurants and breakfast cafes!), the Casino, and a 10 minute walk to catch the Tram Restaurant (Also a fantastic experience). We were 20 minutes by tram from St Kilda Beach (Donovans Restaurant is a "Wow"), and 15 minutes tram ride to the Princess Theatre. The hotel was serviced every day, and was cleaned immaculately. They even provided towelling robes. The hotel has a pool (and gym, which I used every morning before breakfast). The double bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Thanks for making our stay such fun.

Enjoyed out stay. The facilities
Enjoyed out stay. The facilities in our room were more than expected. Loved the king size bed! Tram right outside the door was an added bonus. Would definately stay again

A comfortable and well-equipped
A comfortable and well-equipped suite, convenient to the Conference Centre. Minor niggles: the suite was clearly designed for a wheelchair user and so the basin and toilet were both at awkward heights. The fridge was stuffed full of goods for sale, so that we had difficulty fitting our breakfast provisions in. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are a bit down-at-heel. All in all, though, a very comfortable, well-equipped suite that we'd be happy to stay in again.

This was a great apartment complex!
This was a great apartment complex! And I would definately stay here again. Great location, service etc etc!! The room was great, the shower head however was so bad that I have written to management.
