Very clean hotel in a handy location
Very clean hotel in a handy location for tourists. Enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly. Breakfast could have been varied as it got a bit boring by the 3rd morning.

locaton was good. close transport
locaton was good. close transport ie. trams trians and also shopping. quite and peacful, you can do what you want at anytime. would stay their again. also secured parking available that was a bonus.

Great Position and Price! However
Great Position and Price! However best if you are only staying a few days I found it a little claustrophobic. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Worth staying at if visiting Melbourne.

Excellent Hotel, just the location
Excellent Hotel, just the location a bit hard to find at the beginning, also, I think they need to improve the tap in the Bathroom. Otherwise, everything is good. I'm happy to stay again for next visit.

They've an arrangement with a
They've an arrangement with a local restaurant to provide room service. Wasn't as "new" as expected but great room with very simple pleasant decore and new comfy bed/pillows. Views of rooftop airconditioners as expected. A very pleasant stay.

Have stayed before and will again because the location is great, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, it is in a quiet location, the rooms are reasonably modern and the price is excellent

Had a thoroughly pleasant stay
Had a thoroughly pleasant stay here. It's not luxurious but certainly comfortable. The gym was pretty small and the steam room didn't seem to work, but otherwise we had no complaints. We stayed just one night and the location was perfect for us. Breakfast was pretty good, also - no hot food but everything was replenished several times even though we were eating late. The danishes were superb.

It's what Melbourne does best
It's what Melbourne does best - service and food. Try the Sotto restaurant in the basement - great food at reasonable prices. Highly recommended - I will be back.
