Staff was very helpful. Excellent location. You can take the Skybus from the airport (walk 3 minutes through the parking lot at the airport), it cost $26 round trip to the city, really good deal since the taxi costs about $50-55. Clean, great staff, coffee and tea in room with fridge that had milk...didn't have to leave the room in the morning and didn't have to call room service for my first cup of coffee. Asked for more milk and within minutes there was a knock at my door! I would definitely return to this hotel.

Stayed over 1 night enroute to catch early flight out of Melbourne and would certainly stay again as is far better than the 'other' larger establishement that is closer to the terminal.

Easy access to Melbourne Airport.
Easy access to Melbourne Airport. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Able to check out & leave suitcases at the hotel until next flight. Very clean & every need was accomodated

I have been staying at this hotel
I have been staying at this hotel for 30 years. Holiday Inn have given it a face lift. It is a walk across the airport car park and fairly priced. I liked the internet charges where you pay by the minute. I did the business I needed to do for just $1.70.

Very comfortable, clean, staff
Very comfortable, clean, staff friendly and convenient to airport. It take approx. 15mins walking distance to airport or you can take hotel shuttle bus services to the airport only will charge $2 per guest..

Front desk helpful. One complaint
Front desk helpful. One complaint was that the room did not have the hotel amenities book, althought this was corrected by a front desk staff member immediate when notified of the problem. Other complaint was the tea/coffee making facilities. I like my coffee very milky (more than is provided by the hotels) so carr some uht milk when travelling. Their small fridge hasd no room to store this milk overnight as it was stuffed full of pay-for drinks and snacks.
