- Family Room consists of 2 adjoining bedrooms, the master room with 1 kingzip bed, and the second a Bunk Bed, a private bathroom with guest amentities, small fridge and tea/coffee facilities is located off the Master room, each room has TV with FOXTEL, reverse cycle air-conditioning, NON-SMOKING and affordable wireless internet. (please note changes to bedding configurations require 24hrs notice, and attract a $25 housekeeping fee)
- Superior Quad

- Private Backpacker Room - No Bathroom
- Accommodation for the budget conscious traveler! Rooms contain washbasin, small fridge, TV with FOXTEL, are fully air conditioned, NON SMOKING, serviced daily & all linen and towels are provided. These rooms share common areas, such as shower rooms, toilets, and a small kitchen, all located just down the hall. Bedding is either 2 singles or 1 bunk. These rooms are located up 2 flights of stairs, and this property does not have a lift.

Good for what it was
Not bad for what it is. If your going to Australia on a budget, this is a hotel. Not in a central location, but accessible. Worth a try if in Melbourne.

The hotel is in walking distance
The hotel is in walking distance of Etihad Stadium as well as the Victoria Market etc. Parking is available and while the room I stayed in was on the small side, it was sufficient for a short stay and the ensuite bathroom was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 1 night in a superior
Stayed for 1 night in a superior suite. Small room but super clean, tidy and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great price. Would stay there again.
