2nd night in Melbourne
The Hotel was really nice. If I were to have an extended stay in Melbourne, I would stay here again. The room had a kitchenette with a good sized refrigerator. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I loved the style of everything in the hotel. There is a bar / restaurant on the first floor that looked very nice but I did not try them. The location is on the tram line that goes to St. Kilda Beach or downtown Melbourne. Restaurants and shops are close by. Great hotel. The staff friendly.

Mint Condition!
Staying at the Mint was so convenient for both the city and the Coast. Easy to travel to and from, good choices of cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Just 10 minutes on the tram to the city centre. The new Myki cards give you freedom of travel on the trains, trams and buses. Can catch an airport shuttle to here, which is much cheaper than taxi. Just central to Albert Park, Grand Prix Circuit. Faulkner Park for a picnic. Walk into the city and stroll through the Botanical Gardens and along the Yarra River into Fed Square. Will use this apartment hotel again. Good value and well positioned.

Good hotel
The hotel is good and staff is very friendly. Good comfortable bed, gym downstairs, trams outside to go to the city, Chapel St or St Kilda. The rooms dont have any views, but it's not a big deal really. The hotel's cafe was closed over Xmas, but there is a supermarket across the road and Greville Street is only a 10 min walk away.

From the hotel's entrance, cross St Kilda road on the traffic lights and you will find a nice beer garden just across the road.
