Very pleasant stay. The Studio Executive room, was, well just a room with a kitchen, dining, bed and bathrooms all rolled into one. Small, the size of a hotel room but quite cute and cosy. Probably would stay there again

We spent two nights at the Oaks
We spent two nights at the Oaks on Collins. The Executive studio was a good size and although the bathroom was small it was quite adequate and the frosted glass is not a problem. The room faced onto Collins street, with three non opening windows, it was quiet at night. The staff were polite and friendly at all times. Location is excellent, easy walking distance to many attractions. Car parking is a problem.

Nice size apartments in good location,
Nice size apartments in good location, a little old but clean and spacious. Bathrooms could do with an update but overall great value for money. Would stay there again.

Very nice & neat hotel, good prices,
Very nice & neat hotel, good prices, not too far from Southern Cross station. Its also right next to a 24hr McDonalds. They just require a bond, which is refunded anyway.

Great location in the city, well
Great location in the city, well appointed room although a little surprised by the close proximity of the bed to the bathroom. The bathroom isn't massive but the water was nice and hot and the water pressure was really good which you don't always get in hotels so that more than made up for it. Didn't see a hairdryer which is unusual, perhaps the only thing missing but I didn't need it anyway so no problem this trip. Breakfast was good. Will certainly consider staying here again next time.

I was happy with all things except
I was happy with all things except I did want a room that was not near the road and unfortunetly I got one right over Collins St. Maybe next time I will get one at the back.

Very centrally located for staying
Very centrally located for staying in the CBD and access from the Skybus is a 5-6 minute walk. Rooms very clean and with plenty of space. Restarunt has a good menu and homely cooking. Plenty of other great eating places within a short walk.
