Great location, the only cons
Great location, the only cons are that it can be a bit noisy, and the reverse cycle in my room didn't give out heat. Other than that, great place that I'd stay at again.

While the accommodation was average
While the accommodation was average and the location good I found it odd to have the bathroom off the bed seperated only by frosted glass. The lay out of the room could be better incorporated so that this does not occur. Also the toilet seat did not sit on the toilet bowl flush.

I love staying in this hotel -it
I love staying in this hotel -it is perfect for the kind of holiday I enjoy. It is close to shops, transport and city highlights. Restauranys are nearby. All facilities are excellent.

I was in Studio 1113 for 3 nights.
I was in Studio 1113 for 3 nights. Although the room was OK the people in 1114 partied on their balcony on each of the first 2 nights, yelling, screaming, smoking etc, between about 1230 and 0500 a.m. I contacted reception by phone each night to complain, but the party continued. On the 3rd afternoon I visited reception stating that I would phone the police if it happened again. That seemed to work - but I wouldn't stay there again. The staff didn't care!!!

There were a few issues which
There were a few issues which were a bit disappointing - bathroom sink was partially blocked, clock radio had incorrect time (about 12 mins out), window blinds were very old and in need of replacement. The room was freezing when I first checked in and the air conditioning system had a 14 button remote system which I didn't have the requisite degree to operate. Apart from that it was actaully ok.

Not impressed with service - felt
Not impressed with service - felt it was unfriendly from reception to the concierge not even looking up from their desk... room they gave us was on top of their industrial vents... so VERY noisy (and yes we did decide to live with it - my mistake!)... left our car with them - another bad mistake - they gave us the wrong ticket - upon collection we handed the ticket in - and they gave us someone else's keys. but then they proceeded to tell us we gave THEM the wrong ticket! I mean really... let alone that they did not even tell us where the car was actually parked - happy finding! which we eventually did along with some other poor guests lumbered up with luggage

We had a very nice stay. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation was modern. We got a special TV rate and had a room with no outside window. Not a problem for us but was for the friends who came with us who was claustraphobic. They changed ( without problem) to an outer room for an extra charge.
