I enjoyed my stay but the car
I enjoyed my stay but the car park attendant was very rude. I was a bit new to how to park the car and what to do and I was unaware of how it worked. After a long day there was nobody there to give my keys to so I took them with me, not knowing that they would be needed. He was rude and saying a few things that I didn't like. This really put a dampener on my otherwise enjoyable stay.

Had a very lovely stay in Melbourne
Had a very lovely stay in Melbourne at Oaks on Collins. Perfect location...right in the heart of the city. Was a bit concerned about cleanliness...our bed spread seemed to be a dirty beige colour across one half :-( And car parking very tight and a bit pricey for guests at $20 per night.

The room and facilities were excellent.
The room and facilities were excellent. My only complaint was the cutlery. I had to stir my coffee with a fork as there were not teaspoons.
