We were very happy with The Royce.
We were very happy with The Royce. As a busy family, my wife and I were pleased to take a night out just for ourselves and relax. The Royce made this happen for us. We will surely go back there again.

Reception staff very helpful
Reception staff very helpful Restaurant staff very efficient, food great Trams just outside hotel really quick if you haven't a car My only comment on the rooms would be that the lighting in the bathroom ,shower and toilet area very very dim and could be improved. The shower light was like a night light you would have for a young child. (I would be concerned for the safety aspect if I was elderly). I would certainly stay there again.

Top notch service from start to
Top notch service from start to finish. Check-in was swift and painless. Very good location for attending the Formula 1 grand prix.

The Hotel staff were very friendly
The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The location of the Hotel to the City is only a slow 15 minute stroll along St Kilda Rd along the park and gardens. The only draw back is the lack of parking around the Hotel other than that a very fine stay we had

An excellent location with the
An excellent location with the trams just outside the front door to and from the city. Hotel is absolutely beautiful and we will definately be recommencding it to others travelling to Melbourne.

It's a terrible experience in
It's a terrible experience in Royce hotel. The bath room is as small and old as that in motel. The mould smell is full of the room. Hairs in the bathroom are left without propriate cleaning. Housekeeping staff made several phone calls in the noon even though i hang up "privacy" sign on the door. I won't go again and won't recommend.
