I was very impressed with staff
I was very impressed with staff very friendly , abit disappointed with the rate for car parking $50 and our room was on the 6th floor looking at a wall so probably would not do that deal again also we received the free pillow but again it is a super king so will have to try and find another one and also covers to fit.

We stayed here over Easter and the location was great, so handy to everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly and really couldn't fault anything. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location is great!
The Westin is centrally located to much of what we wanted to see. The free tram was only minutes away and we had a great breakfast on Degraves Street - a Melbourne lane just a short distance away. The room itself was most comfortable, clean and quiet. We stayed in five different hotels on this trip and our stay in the Westin was by far the best of the five.

Really enjoyed our stay at the
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was ideal and the room size was great. I particularly liked the large bathroom and rainforest shower.

A great location, with friendly
A great location, with friendly staff, however more attention to cleanliness is required, especially in the bathroom - toothpaste marks on the floor and some kind of liquid spill on the wall . Recently Westin updated their range of Heavenly beds to the delux pillow top model, I found this extremely uncomfortable - far too soft and as the beds have dipped with use, this exacerbated the problem.
