Poor Receiving
We arrived late to check in. The hotel should have known that we were three together, but they only prepared two bath towels. And I needed asking to get the third towel, and worst is no bare towel for foot mat. And when I checked out, the keeper asked have you paid? How bad, I pay your agent already a premium of $160. What a shame of you and the hotel.

We loved our stay at the Comfort Inn, beautiful setting and a very short walk to the main street. My only negative point was that we had a room upstairs. Had I known it was a two story place I would have asked for a down stairs room when booking.

We had a very pleasant stay, very comfortable and right in the heart of Port Fairy...would have been good though if there was a pool at the hotel as we had our 2 children with us. Vey very clean hotel..thank you

We arrived pretty late, lucky
We arrived pretty late, lucky that the manager was still awake. We stayed in the main building. It was like staying in a guess room. There was no privacy, a bit noisy in the morning. It was over price (may be it was peak time). I wouldn't come back.

Nicely located property perfect
Nicely located property perfect for an overnight stay. Close proximity to town and marina. Nicely refurbished bedrooms with modern finishings. Bathrooms clean and spacious but could benefit from an upgrade in line with the rest of the room.

Great location
Room was very clean. Hotel staff left us copious amounts of shampoos and other toiletry items. We had a whirlpool tub in our room, which is not something one normally expects from a Comfort Inn. Brand new flatscreen tv. Definitely had a "mom and pop" feel to the place. Great location. Walking distance to all town shops and restaurants. Ten minute walk to ocean.
