good position for early flight departures, reliable wake up call, efficient shuttle service to airport. . Clean and roomy facility. Close to take away food and DFO shops

After a long trip from Fiji and
After a long trip from Fiji and arriving back to Melbourne Airport, 10.30 at night, the pick up was very fast and easy, and apon arrival to the actual Hotel, the reception was very friendly and accommadating to our needs. I would definitly stay with Quality Hotel Motel Airport again!

This hotel was in a good position
This hotel was in a good position for travel to the airport. Howevder, I had my 80 year old mum travelling with me and she found it hard to shower which was over the bath. They are under room renovations which is good because the motel is very dated but clean and okay for overnight accommodation.

arrived at 23h00. given the furthest room away from reception. No offer of assistance with luggage-overnight with aged father prior to international flight. Had to carry luggage via outside of hotel in dark--just pointed out on map where room was situated.

We arrived late at night yet the staff were friendly and helpful. The ammenties were basic but comfortable, and fulfilled our need for a reasonably priced motel near the airport very well. The family room was fine for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Bathroom was old but very clean.
