Terrible experience for my team.
Terrible experience for my team. Hotel to go did not reinstate our booking for 2 rooms so after a 5h flight my colleagues arrive to 1 studio rather than 2. Reception staff was nice but night manager was really rude. Refused to help out so one of the guys handed on a folded sofa. They were very disappointed by the accommodation (YMCA like) and by the hotel agent Hotel to go ... who messed up the booking after 2h spent on the phone to get this sorted.

A good one night stop over--getting
A good one night stop over--getting a bit worn, late "check in" is great--closeto the city, however it is only just value for money as other hotels arevery comparable

Hotel was in a good location but
Hotel was in a good location but it ends here. Staff were less than helpful, facilities were non existent and common areas were in desperate need of new carpets and a good coat of paint. We stayed here as we were looking for larger accomodation to accomodate us and our daughter. Room was large, but certainly did not have any luxuries of a 4 star hotel. We welcomed the extra space but were less than impressed with everything else. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone else.
