Enjoy harbor views and historical heritage in riverside Fremantle
Located right on the Fremantle Esplanade and Fishing Harbor, the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle is centrally situated to enjoy the best that Fremantle has to offer. Just 18 miles from Perth International airport and 13 miles from the City of Perth itself, Fremantle has plenty of history and quaint old buildings and streets to explore around the hotel. Guests can travel back in time in the Maritime Museum, Fremantle Motor museum or the Fremantle Prison experience, and then relax with a meal or drink at the welcoming Esplanade Hotel Fremantle. Guests can experience the best of local seafood in the Café Panache, or pizza or smorgasbord in the Atrium Garden Restaurant. For a special treat there are the delights of the Flambé trolley cooked at the table followed by live entertainment at weekends in the Promenade Lounge.

Great hotel for a break with a
Great hotel for a break with a child. Short walk to everything and a playground across the road. Great pools and friendly staff. Only thing that they could improve would be to have nice coffee in the tea and coffee boxes in the room.

As the only real hotel in Fremantle,
As the only real hotel in Fremantle, I do think that they should lift their game. Although everything is quite OK, there is nothing special. The room was clean but basic - ks bed, 2 tub chairs & 1 table, small tv placed at an angle to the bed and the chairs and the decor is boring. Compared to hotels in Singapore, this just doesn't cut it. And I am getting sick of hotels that insist on charging a credit card surcharge, especially the inflated amount that they always do.

This is the second time I have
This is the second time I have stayed at the Esplanade for business reasons. The first stay was perfect, this time there was a mix up with rooms, room service breakfast arrived in two lots, both cold. Was disappointed with the experience. Hotel staff however, are extrememly friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
