Despite several calls and visits
Despite several calls and visits to the venue's reception I was unable to get the television working. On the second night I was kindly upgraded to a room with a room without a tv remote and no main light. Not exactly life threatening but annoying given alternatives in the same price bracket.

Check-in service was friendly. TV romote didn't work so we were upgraded to another room without any fuss. Very warm in elevator and in passages between adjoining rooms. This was our second visit to the Sebel and we will stay there again.

フロントの方の対応はとても良かったのですが、一日２０ドルの追加料金を払って、部屋の掃除を毎日するようにお願いしたのですが、ベッドメイクはしてあっても掃除は毎日してありませんでした。 やはりそういうところが日本と違うところといってしまえばそうですが、こちらはちゃんと代償を支払っているわけだし、とても残念で不愉快でした。
