Overall, the hotel was very good. The only big thing is that they don't have air conditioned and if you open the window, which don't have a a mosquito screen, you will not sleep and will end with a lot of mosquitos bites in your body, so be AWARE of this. Location was excellent and the public parking is just below the hotel (underground) cheaper than the hotel and very modern looking.

All the main attractions of the city are at walking distance from the hotel, also you can see the Austrian Alps Mountains from your hotel.

Great location if you do not have a vehicle and can speak the language.
The hotel is located near the restored area which is excellent for tourists. The rooms were excellent but the staff was unfriendly and unwilling to assist in simple matters like how to use the phone system. An emergency message was received hours after it was emailed to the hotel, and then only at checkout! The hotel did not answer the phone before 7 am. Only ablut 12 parking spaces were reserved for hotel guests, and none were available for me. The street in front of the hotel is permanently closed to vehicle traffic and instructions were not provided when reservations were made on how to handle the parking problem. I would chose another hotel next time.
