The hotel was nothing special,
The hotel was nothing special, old and we got room with no daylight. Infront of the window was just another wall...so with no view at all...the furniture was old and damage. Breakfast was good, but ther were only one person serving coffe and clenaning tables for all the restaurant...so a lot of waiting...

Reception staff very nice and
Reception staff very nice and helpful, however restaurant staff were completely absent, literally no one to be seen for several minutes at a time each time we ate there. So very slow service in the restaurant and one of the waiters on the first night was very rude and abrupt with us. However the hotel room was spacious and well appointed. Pity that it had the hardest bed we had slept in in ages. Great location, handy to everything, you don't need a car or taxi to get around and and easy walk to the railway station.

This hotel is very well located
This hotel is very well located and not far from the Tourist Information Centre and the Hop on Hop Off Bus stop. We found the staff at the hotel to be very helpful.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der
Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Altstadt von Innsbruck in der Fußgängerzone und nur wenige Schritte vom "Goldenen Dacherl" und der Residenz entfernt. Wir waren zu viert und hatten 2 Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer reserviert. Die Bäder und das Mobiliar sind schon ziemlich alt und die Möbel verkratzt und nicht mehr schön. Die Bäder waren ok, der Duschkopf hatte braune Beläge. Der Teppichboden in den Zimmern war sehr abgenutzt und sah schmutzig aus. Da möchte man nicht barfuss laufen. Das Frühstück war lieblos (Kaffee lauwarm, kein Ei, in der Obstschale lagen verfaulte Äpfel).

Perfect location in the city center,
Perfect location in the city center, value for money but breakfast was not impressive, a bit run down, room are 80's-style, get a room at 5th floor.
