Great location
Perfect hotel for a short break in Innsbruck. Bars and restuarants are right on the door step along with all the sights to see. Staff were very polite and very helpful. Highly recommended

Charming and strategic ...
In Innsbruck you cannot find an hotel in a better location and closer to more local attractions. It is a charming historical building that was visited also by Wolfang Amadeus Mozart. If you like modern building it's not for you, but if you like old style intriguing buildings this is the best place you can stay in. Breakfast is very good and waiters are very kind and helpful. Definitively a great place in a wonderful city!

Excellent place to stay!
I loved this place! It is on the BEST street, so quaint and lovely, just a few feet from the Golden Roof. There is loads of shopping and restaurants right outside the door. Its in a safe, clean area. A short walk to public transportation. [...]checked us in and was very sweet and very helpful. The downside to being on such a great street is that its very noisy at night so we had to shut the windows. There is no air conditioning but we requested a fan and that helped a lot. We also requested extra pillows and they were very obliging! The free breakfast buffet was great! There were lots of meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, strudel, coffee etc. Definitely the best breakfast we had in Europe. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Buying the Innsbruck card right at the hotel was the best thing we did. You pick how many days you want to it to be valid for. We got the 48hour card for 34Euros. This card gives you access to ALL attractions and ALL public transportation in Innsbruck. Its easily paid for with just the Swaravski Crystal World and the Nordkette cablerailways. A Definite recommendation!

Living history
The rooms were tiny but that was to be expected. The hotel is full of so much history and is in the most ideal location right in the heart of old town. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend this hotel.

Big Ben
Great hotel in the middle of old town
Great hotel in the middle of the old town. Clean rooms and attentive staff. Breakfast provided was great. Was a great central location from which to walk around the Old Town of Innsbruck. Very reasonable for the high level of service - will stay there again when in town.
