Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut, Frühstück war reichlich, Personal freundlich, überraschend leise bei geschlossenem Fenster - trotz Verkehrslage, im Zimmer könnte ein Kühlschrank sein(war auch ursprünglich)

The staff could not find our reservation, so check in took extra time. But the staff was helpful in adding another night to our stay. The location is on the tram line and very close to the U, but the new station construction began at 5 a.m. Needed to sleep with the window closed due to road noise. Breakfast was wonderful! Recommended if you are willing to trade price for location. Public transport is close by but necessary to get to any of Vienna's special sights.

Considering the prices of hotels in Vienna, this is a good value. Fairly sized rooms, bathroom a bit small, but OK. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is on a busy street, so there is a fair amount of noise. It is very close to a subway station. While in Vienna, you probably want to use public transportation, which is very good.

- the location is not that nice with all the reconstruction of the Südbahnhof going on - rooms are quite small and not soundproof at all - on the plus side, the breakfast is nice and one can get fairly quickly to the city center

Das Hotel hat auch für PKW-Anreisende genügend Platz zum Gepäck-Aus- und Einladen. Ist trotz sehr belebter Durchzugsstraße sehr ruhig.

Hotel was perfect for the couple days in Vienna. It was the cheapest thing we spent money on in the city (Vienna is expensive!) Spacious for a European room and clean. Big bummer was that breakfast IS NOT included and is 15 euros! Almost $20 for breakfast, no way! Go to Anker down the street for a good muffin instead! Little bit of a walk from the center, but just 1 stop if you take the tube. Can catch the tube entrance if you turn right or left from the hotel.

I spent 4 days in Vienna and I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The included breakfast was a huge plus.

Given the price during the low season this was certainly a very good value hotel. They pride themselves on the design. They should. It's excellent. Only problem was that I was given the bill for the wrong room when checking out. This required a bit of sorting out.

Очень удобное расположение отеля, 20 минут пешком до центра, напротив отеля - остановка трамваев, рядом несколько продуктовых магазинов, ресторанов - китайский, греческий и очень хороший с традиционной венской кухней. Номера убираются каждый день, со сменой полотенец. В номере - фен, мыло, сейф, платный мини-бар. Хорошие завтраки. Из минусов - дабл с одной кроватью был маленьким, несмотря на два окна. Из минусов

Ideale Unterkunft für unseren Kurztrip im Rahmen eines Konzertbesuches. Unaufdringliches Personal, positive Überraschung war das wirklich reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffett. Ruhige Zimmer, sehr sauber. Allein die Minibar war ungekühlt, für uns (Rotweintrinker) aber irrelevant.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. Despite it being a little way out of Vienna, there was quick and easy transport into the centre. The only drawback was that we didn't find any restaurants in the immediate vicinity although there was one at the Hotel itself, (which we didn't try as it was rather expensive). However, there was plenty of choice of restaurants in town.

VERY GOOD AND CLEAN HOTEL. LOCATION IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE ST. STEPHAN CATHEDRAL. INTERNET ON A SLOW SIDE BUT ENOUGH TO USE SKYPE.

The location is simply great: It's within a few minutes' walk from Karlsplatz and Kettenbruckengasse U-Bahn (subway) stations. What's more important, it is located in the city center, so all places of interest are within close reach. The farthest of them, the Schonbrunn Palace, was just 5 subway stations (or 15 minutes) away. The room was very clean, and all services were prompt. The bar was working fairly late. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean comfortable rooms, kind of small though. Good location - metro station is just across the road, 15 minutes walk to old city. Very good breakfast.

outstanding location, next to the Pilgramgasse metro station, and staff. stayed in business class, which proved to be more value for the money. breakfast period is long (4 hrs), staff/concierge helped with daily activities, and discounts abound just by staying there. Around the corner were discount shops for amenities, bakeries, cafes, laundry area...you name it! you could get all this at higher priced 5-star hotels, but why pay more? stay here, enjoy Vienna, and get your money's worth.

Lage und Gebauede an sich waren nicht sehr erfreulich aber fuer eine Uebernachtung dem Preis entsprechend ok.

When booking this hotel one might be lead to believe breakfast is included, which is not. Besides that there arent any indications that it isnt and no prices listed. The first day I believed breakfast was free, which ended up costing me 30 euros.

I enjoyed the convenient location and the great breakfast service from this hotel.

Good location, clean rooms, if a little dated, no free wifi, which was a disappointment but EUR10 for 24 hours isn't bad. Breakfast was good.

All I require of a hotel is to be clean, staffed by helpful people, close to public transportation, not too far from the city center, and reasonably priced. Hotel Prinz Eugen met all of these criteria, besides providing a breakfast buffet that kept me going until well past lunchtime. My double room had an en suite shower/toilet, very important to me. While the price wasn't down to my cheapo standards, I thought it was very good for a 4-star hotel in a major European city. My only gripe--a small one-- was that Wi-Fi wasn't free.

Personal steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung,einfach toll! Bushaltestelle in 5 min zu erreichen, super schnell zur Innenstadt.

A very nice middle class hotel!

We were pleased to have a breakfast included in our hotel costs. We had been staying at more expensive hotels in other cities in Germany and Austria, but breakfast would cost another 12 to 15 Euro each person, so we hoofed it to local cafes or McDonald's. At Allyouneed, there was plenty of breakfast food and good variety - boiled eggs, ham and salami slices, cheese slices, lots of yogurt, different breads, apples, cereals, also cake. Coffee decanter for the table. We stayed 4 nights, so it would have been nice to have a menu change, but it WAS FREE! The location was convenient to tram and Ubahn, so we used public transportation all the tiime, including to go to airport - - tram was just one block east, and Ubahn was an extra street again to east, so suggest asking at desk before striking out the first time, since Ubahn and tram car maps are not necessarily easy to square with street maps. Room is like college dorm, but sufficient and clean. Liked having free WiFi in lounge. Had Iphone so did not need to use the one PC in the lounge, which I'm told cost 1 Euro (not sure for how long) to use. Would recommend the hotel highly for those who use room mainly for sleeping and a little CNN at night. I'm told there was a laundromat a few streets over, but decided I could just wash out a few socks/underwear until trip home. I had brought an extra wire hanger with clips for such purpose, so did not worry about leaving wet items in shower stall (actually a step-up circular surround). Would stay at an ALLYOUNEED hotel again. Actually, we also stayed in the Salzburg one, and that has a lovely view from the breakfast room/patio.

.i sleept in a confotable and private room,nice and quiet atmosphera ,well ventilated and clear. this room was provided with all the extras you need like a good tv reception,telephone and so on.it wa very clean. .it has good high speed internet services at the lobby with very reazonably rates. .the breackfast was excellent.a little crowdy after 09.00 am but i did handle the situation shearing with another well educated persons.the emploies were very helpful and nice manners.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff; certainly good for another visit. Visited in the meantime also Falkensteiner Maria Prague and this hotel I can also recommend.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zum Last-Minute-Preis war in Ordnung. Doppelzimmer etwas klein. Fenster zum Innenhof. War zwar ruhig, aber doch etwas dunkel.

la pulizia della camera purtroppo non avviene mai, i nostri capelli sarebbero rimasti per sempre sulle lenzuola se non ci avessimo pensato noi, per non parlare di quello che lasciano a terra. L'italiano é una lingua tabù.

I have stayed in the Papageno twice. Location and pricing are very good points as it's easy walking distance into the first district (old city) without anything like first district pricing. There is no air conditioning. So I had to leave the windows open. But there is a noisy compressor outside the window. This did not bother me. But if you can't ignore it you will be upset. Only one lift to cover the 7 floors so if you just miss you will be annoyed as well. At breakfast the scrambled eggs were tasteless. Service bad because they don't man the front desk properly. I was kept waiting for a considerable time twice.

お安い料金設定だったので清潔さは期待していなかったのですが、とても綺麗でぐっすり眠れました。また駅から近い為とても便利です。 また是非利用したいと思います。

It was too crowded for 6 people in a room. There was not enough space to put lugguges if all the people are tourists from abroad like the room I shared with 4 girls from UK.
