Lovely, clean hotel with friendly
Lovely, clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and practical. One of our shutters didn't work on the window but we were not worried enough to complain. Great, quiet location, a short walk from the 1st district. I have stayed here about 4 or 5 times now, and every time i have been very happy with the accommodation.

Excellent hospitality, service
Excellent hospitality, service and value-for-money. This was our sixth winter visit. The hotel is conveniently situated, being close to the 40A bus route (for the Volksoper) and D tram (for the Belvedere, Schönberg Center, Staatsoper and shopping streets, Leopold Museum etc., and out to Heiligenstadt/Nussdorf for 38A to Kahlenberg)

Nice Hotel
The room was clean and adequate space for a table, Armoire, good bed, tv and a mini fridge. Clean bathroom with a tub. Excellent house keeping. Good breakfast included in the price. Location is very good, walking distance to the Freud museum and the university. Staff was helpful and friendly. 25 minutes from the airport by taxi 38euros. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the airport after 6 am takes 1 hour and cost 19 euros. No room service or restaurant but many across the street. I liked it.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich.
Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Das Doppelzimmer ist ok, aber recht klein. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein und daher zu Hauptzeiten überfüllt. Das Frühstücksbuffet fällt eher bescheiden aus. Insgesamt ein vernünftiges Stadthotel zu einem günstigem Preis.

Nous avons eu un très agréable
Nous avons eu un très agréable accueil à la réception. Nous sommes arrivés tard mais notre chambre était disponible de suite. La chambre était très grande, très propre et bien équipée. Le seul bémol était la clientèle un peu bizarre au petit-déjeuner, dont vous n'êtes pas forcemment responsable. En conclusion un séjour agréable à refaire sur une autre capitale.
