Good value and convenient
Close to the center but not in it, so that it was quiet, but convenient. The staff was quite helpful.

A reasonable stay
The hotel was fine, and that about sums it up. The room was clean, though the bed was a bit saggy, and it was tiny. The location was good but not stellar. The staff was helpful, but not particularly friendly. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. I was permitted to iron my own suit in a utility room, but it took some discussion. It was, in short, ordinary. You should be absolutely fine here, but it's not worth going out of your way for it.

Short walk from hotel
If you go to a concert at Stefansdom, don't sit in the back -- you'll be listening to it from a great distance away, and it's just not worth it.

The good and bad
Great location. Good service level (valet parking service, but carpark is Euro 18 per night even for hotel guest). Furniture is rather old and run down, only toilet is 4 star as it clean and newly maintaned.

Upea aamiainen kuohuviinitarjoiluineen. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, mm. jopa suomea osaava vastaanottovirkailija. Mahtava sijainti vanhaan kaupunkiin ja liikenneyhteyksiin nähden. Kaunis vanha rakennus, jossa modernit huoneet. Äänieristys naapuriin olisi voinut olla parempi.
