A larger property sitauted right on the Danube River. It was quite cold whilst we were in Vienna, so we did not benefit as we thought from the river location. The hotel is quite a way from the CBD, but quite accessable by the efficient underground service. A typical Hilton property, well run and efficient.

Fantastic family getaway
I really like the river view. The room was large for a couple with two teenage sons. There was sitting area for you watching the river and sipping your drink. Parking was free but internet was expensive, 22 euro a day or .39 cent euro for each minute. There was a supermarket one block away. We went out half of the time and brought sandwiches for dinner the rest. Definitely make reservation with breakfast. The breakfast was excellent with so many variety. We usually skipped lunch, we were so full after breakfast. Take subway U2 for sightseeing otherwise no parking. Leave your car at the hotel. Residence Concert made the pieces short, fun,cozy ,and intimate and we love it. Schonbrunn is a make see. Vienna is a beautiful and friendly city that you won't regret it.

Our room and lift lobby were a little "tired" looking. We booked this hotel as we were embarking on a river cruise close by the following day, however is it a little out of the way.

Very good location for visitors
Very good location for visitors who wants to use Vienna public transport system - subway at walking distance (5 minutes). Riverside rooms are more quiet.

Excellent hotel sur les rives
Excellent hotel sur les rives du danube, un peu à l'écart du centre ville mais à 300 m du metro.
