A good choice!
Very nice place to stay for the price. Had a junior suite and it was very comfortable. Nice patio to sit on and very roomy. All the hotel front desk staff were exceptional, but Thomas was the very best at any hotel we have stayed at. Location not all that great, but an easy 15 minute walk to the center of town!

Pretty Good
Its a pretty good hotel for any price, let alone one as low as this! Ive been to Vienna 4 times in the last 6 months and stayed here twice, i was happy both times. service is great and the location is perfect, there's a train within 3 minutes on foot but that's not even necessary as your within walking distance of most of the interesting things anyway. Overall i think the fact that this is my go to hotel in Vienna speaks for itself!

Take a right as you exit the building, walk few blocks and youll be at the train station that can take you anywhere in Vienna, youll save alot of money you would otherwise spend of taxis.

Hotel going thru. a revamping, yet was still nice, clean, and quiet. Staff spoke excellent English, and very helpful.

Great location, super hotel
The Hotel Imlauer was very impressive in terms of location, (near both Taborstrasse U-bahn 2minute walk and Swedenplatz U-bahn 5 minute walk). It is within walking distance of the Graben, the Ringstrasse, the Auggarten and Prater Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are superbly spacious and comfortable and clean. The food is excellent although the dinner menu is too expensive. I would definitely stay in this hotel next time we are back in Vienna.

Well located with easy walk to centre of old Vienna as well as public transport
Room was clean and welcoming was friendly and helpful. Room hot at night and difficult to control. Breakfast fine but a tad expensive.

The recent remodel is beautiful. Perhaps you should consider installing 12 inch grab bar to stalize exit from the shower. I like your location as there are so many choices to dine/snack at small independant restaurants in your neighborhood.

A Real Find
Our trip was for leisure. The weather however, did not cooperate for July 2011. We enjoyed all the sights we could cram into 5 days

Transportation was excellent. The Vienna card is great if you are going to use public transportation.

Modern and at the center of the city
The hotel is down a side street in the heart of Vienna. It was very modern and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff spoke perfect english and were very friendly. The room was small but very nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again. It was about a 15 minute walk to St. Stephan's and another 10 minutes to the Museums...but so much to look at and see on the way that it didn't matter. We used the Underground quite a bit and it was super fast and easy from the hotel. We really liked this hotel and would recommend it. We opted to eat breakfast at the local bakeries instead of the pricey breakfast at the hotel (15 Euro a person).
