Great Place to Stay in Vienna
Staff was great, very helpful, good location, only 15 minute walk to Opera House. Breakfast was tops. Highly recommended, we would book the place again. Only negative comment was that one of the staff was a little grumpy, but this was one of 6 so wasn't a worry. Staff spoke good English.

All major attractions within walking distance. Subway only a block away , was easier going to the palace than taking a taxi

Perfect location for art lovers
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us with reservations for the Opera and had the tickets delivered to us. The morning breakfast buffet was extensive with healthy selections of breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, cereals, lox, eggs, sausages, sugar-free items, and low-fat foods. This was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had in Europe. The hotel room was extremely comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The third bed in the room was a sofa bed but they replaced the cushion with a full size single mattress when preparing the bed for sleep-this impressed me because most hotels use a thin, uncomfortable mattress for their sofa beds. The location was perfect- 2 blocks from the Museum district and a 20 minute walk to the Opera house and main shopping district. The K and K Maria Theresia is situated at the edge of "The Ring" which made it very easy to use the subway, trams, and buses that traverse the city. This was a wonderful place to stay and I will definitely stay there again.

Many restaurants have English menus but they often are not as comprehensive as the regular German menu. Also, they will readily substitute side dishes if you ask.

"Tucked away, but amid the action"
The hotel was tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but right around the corner from great museums, restuarants, shopping, and sites. There was easy access to all forms of transportation just a few steps away, but walking to alot of the sites was easy from the hotel too. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and delightful. The whole hotel was impeccably clean. The continental breakfast had the best variety of food I have ever eaten. The wait staff was very attentive, constantly filling your coffee cup or stocking the buffet, or serving you something made to order from the kitchen. The room was average in size, but accommodated 2 adults and a child nicely. It was a nice place to start and end our days, but we did not spend alot of time in the room during the day. The sauna was nice after alot of walking around town, very relaxing. We will go back to the K+K Maria Theresia when we visit Vienna again. I will look for this hotel in other cities we travel to as well.

場所はウィーン中央駅からU3の地下鉄でvolkstheater駅下車後3分～5分位です。空港からだとCATで乗り継ぐと1時間もかかりません。 部屋でのインターネットは無料、バスルームは綺麗です。 施設はドライサウナと小さなジムがありました。 朝食はとてもおいしく満足できる内容です。
