Great last second New Year's stay

we had a very nice 6 night stay at the novotel, it was close to the center of town and all transport. the staff were very helpful and the breakfast had a nice variety of food and drinks.

Very good hotel, however is a bit far from the city centre. Is even a bit far from a metro station (10 min walk).

we stayed there early January
we stayed there early January and found the hotel excellent! It is not exactly in the city center however it is 5 mins walk from metro station which is very important in winter, when walking is not always fun. I love tropical and whirl shower. The shower section in the bathroom cannot be closed completely so sometimes we got puddles on the floor after taking shower. Breakfast was excellent and I love their banana shakes and homemade jam. Double bed is very comfy, everyone was very nice and helpful and I had no troubles with my poor German because they speak very good English. Gym and sauna are also very nice. We enjoyed our staying there and it was exactly what I wanted for my winter holidays- nice, comfy and joyful. Thanks to everyone there

Blitzfritz
Optimal Nähe Donaukanal, Schwedenplatz und U-Bahn
Grösster Vorteil ist die top Lage nähe Prader, direkt am Donaukanal und Schwedenplatz in ca. fünf Minuten, Tram-, Bus- und U-Bahnanbindung. Auch eine Fahrradvermietungsstation ist in der Nähe. Auch vom Airport gibt es einen Bus direkt an den Schwedenplatz. Von dieser Lage aus lassen sich alle Sehenswürtigkeiten von Wien bestens in Angriff nehmen. Das Hotel selbst ist an einer gut frequentierten Strasse gelegen. Nicht ganz Ruhig, aber die gut abgedichteten Fenster lassen keinen Lärm rein. Minuspunkte gibt es für: Lüftung, die sich nicht komplett abstellen lässt und der etwas muffige Geruch im Bad und sep. WC. Zimmer ansich ist gut ausgestattet mit TV, Bar, Tresor etc. Besonderes Lob verdient das Bad mit beschlagfreiem Spiegel und sehr komfortabler Dusche.
