Description
This is a lovely charming hotel which is very well maintained. It is family owned and run and as such there is a very warm and friendly atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel is a modern with traditional features which blend in well with some of the surrounding architecture. The hotel is a stones throw from the lake in the heart of Zell Am See.

Description
This hotel is family-run and the owners pride themselves on giving the best welcome and stay to all their guests. They have many repeat customers who love the hotel for its position and feel. This hotel comes highly recommended. A last note to groups arriving by coach; coaches cannot get to the hotel directly as the railway line blocks access. The coach drop off point is three minutes walk from the hotel.
PL 02/09 This is a traditional Austrian property. Situated in an idealic location, directly on the Zeller Lake. The hotel has great views on the surrounding mountains and lake.

PL 02/09 This is a traditional Austrian property. Joined on to the Seehotel Freiberg, this hotel is situated in an idealic location, directly on the Zeller Lake. The hotel has great views on the surrounding mountains and lake.

Description
This is a great hotel right in the centre of Zell Am See and comes highly recommended. PL 09/08 This is a traditional building (for the main part) and has been extended to the rear. The Neue Post is in the heart of Zell am See, walking distance from the station, bars and restaurants, and also a short walk away to the lake.

Wir waren im letzten Jahr samt der ganzen Familie im Hotel neue Post auf Skiurlauf. Das Hotel ist wirklich traumhaft schön, traditionell eingerichtet und doch modern, das großzügige sechser appartment war perfekt für uns 5, das Personal war wirklich hilfsbereit und hat uns bestens über die verschiedenen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten vor Ort informieren können. Besonders schön und angenehm empfanden wir alle den Spa Bereich der besonders mit dem tollen Außenpool punkten konnte. Auch mit dem Essen waren wir sehr zufrieden, außerdem gab es ein eigenes Kindermenü für die Kleinen. Das Praktische am Hotel ist vor allem seine Lage, man erreicht in 2 Minuten den City Express zum Berg, diverse Busse nach Kaprun und Saalbach, und natürlich den malerischen Zeller See. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!

Für ein 4* Hotel war die Ausstattung des Zimmers etwas spartanisch. (Keine Minibar, kein Sessel). Service deshalb nur mittelmässig, da man es als nötig erachtete beim Frühstück mit Durchzug zu lüften. Die Preise in Zell am See schienen mir im allgemeinen spürbar höher als im zuvor besuchten Salzburg und im danach besuchten Kitzbühl. Vielleicht eine Folge der zahlreichen Araber in Zell.

The hotel is located just outside Zell Am See in the small village of schuttdorf amidst the scenic countryside. It is 5 minutes from the closest cable car and is conveniently located for day trips to the grossglockner high alpine pass.

The family run Hotel Berner is quietly located at a beautiful centrally located spot. The unique tranquil position, the panoramic views over the village and lake and the typical Austrian charm is what makes the Berner so popular among the many regular guests.
The spacious lounge and hotel bar await you full of harmony and comfort – its the special “get together” for a cheerful drink at the end of a venturesome, gorgeous day. You will certainly enjoy our excellent cuisine in our residents - only restaurant. The served dishes are carefully prepared with mainly local products. Daily you can look forward to a cold / warm breakfast buffet, a cake trolley in the afternoon and two 5 course dinners to choose from in the evening.
The heated outdoor pool (summer 27 °C, winter 30 °C) with entrance from the conservatory, sauna, steambath and the large sun terrace are highly appreciated.
