We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed all our meals and the pool side bar. It was fairly quiet tho and the tennis courts not very nice.

Abaco Beach Resort was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant was outstanding, and the poolside entertainment was fun.

Description
Oceanfrontier Hideaway offers well equipped cottages on the spectacular Atlantic beach of Great Guana Cay. Private decks and a well landscaped property offer guests privacy as well as direct access to the beach. Communal oceanfront decks offer stunning views of the ocean. All cottages are self-catering, air conditioned and include a three piece bath, two private bedrooms and a loft with additional sleeping quarters. Kitchens are well equipped and park style grills are available on site. We offer a full dive service as well as day trips, bike rentals, snorkeling equipment rentals and a digital TV for guests to enjoy. There is also a mid-week linen service provided free of charge. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 8am. Take the Guana Cay ferry from Marsh Harbour. Advise the ferry captain of your destination, Oceanfrontier Hideaway. Ferry times are- Marsh Harbour to Guana Cay 1030am, 130pm, 330pm, and 545pm, and Guana Cay to Marsh Harbour 8am, 1130am, 230pm and 445pm. All arrivals must have the ferry captain radio ahead to Troy at Dive Guana. You will be met at the ferry dock on Guana Cay for the short trip to Oceanfrontier Hideaway. Min. check-in age is 21. The front desk is open from 7am-9pm. There is a USD 75.00 cleaning fee for 1 and 2 night stays, collected at check-in. Nightly rate is based on double occupancy. For each additional adult, there will be a USD 25 per night fee. Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is 10 am. Take the Guana Cay ferry from Marsh Harbour. Advise the captain of your destination. You will be met at the dock on Guana Cay for the short trip. Min. check-in age is 21. The last ferry is 530pm. Arrivals by private boat must radio ahead to arrange pick up. VHS channel 16, Dive Guana. Great Guana Cay is a seven mile long, beach rimmed island. Part of the Out-islands of the Bahamas, the area is often referred to as the real Bahamas. There are no high rise hotels or casinos to be found. Only quiet beaches and friendly people.

My review of Green Turtle Club

The Green Turtle Club is a very nice resort on a beautiful, smaller Bahamian cay. There is a terrific bay and beach nearby as well as an ocean beach. The resort has a pool, but it is only 5 feet deep. The rooms are in individual cottages scattered throughout the property, which gives them a more private feel. This can make for a walk to the main property/pool, however. The food is good, reasonably priced at lunch, rather overpriced at dinner. All in all, a nice resort. It overall seemed a bit spendy for the amenities. However, it is the Bahamas and that seems to be true throughout the cays. The dining staff are incredible. The reception staff can be a bit rude.
