De Castillion is an excellent hotel for those looking for history, peace and quiet, gastronomy and a perfect service. Here you will find it all! The elegant Hotel De Castillion is located at the very heart of the historic city. You will fancy yourself in an 18th century mansion during your stay. This image is evoked by the magnificent building that has been fitted up to meet contemporary demands with a unique sense of style. De Castillion is not only a home away from home for the travelling businessman who is looking for serene tranquility, but also an excellent starting-point for those who seek to scout the historic and cultural city of Bruges, the city of well-known museums, picturesque canals, wonderful shops,etc. A charming and comfortable hotel with twenty rooms. Apart from the ever present ingredients that make this hotel so special, you will be pampered with a sincerely warm welcome, an excellent service and personal attention during your stay. At night you can endlessly enjoy an excellent dinner served in the pleasant ambiance of restaurant "Le Manoir Quatre Saisons". After dinner you may feel like lounging in the authentic art-deco saion or nurse a night-cap in our intimate bar. Parking place at the hotel - charges 20 Euro per car, per night, Breakfast buffet - charges 15 Euro per day, Pets in the room - charges 10 Euro per night.

Gastronomic Restaurant 'Le Manoir Quatre Saisons' - Executive Chef Olivier christiaens. Contemporary and traditional cuisine: the continous rejuvenescense of traditions, the everlasting quest for perfection, top quality seasonal produce and an experienced and passionate chef. Please note that, due to our annual vacation of the restaurant, the restaurant will be closed from the 04th of January until the 15h of January 2009. In this period, it should not be possible for the client to book any additional dinner. The restaurant is opening again on Friday, 16th of January 2009.

Beautiful Hotel, Beautiful city.

Bruges was one of the most beautiful cities I have ever been to. The Hotel was perfectly located and the staff was absolutely delightful. We had a room on the third floor and the stairs were a little steep, but that just sort of added to the flavor. Bruges is VERY walkable. The Hotel is also a lovely walk from the train station through Minnewater park. When you go, please go to the Druid Celler Irish pub right off the main town square. The owners are warm and inviting. There isn't anything about our stay that I didn't like.
