Floris Hotel Karos Bruges

Nice hotel with an unusual bathroom setup: if you sit on the toilet, your legs are under (the side) of the washbasin. Not entirely uncomfortable, but odd. Convenient location, good breakfast, but do not plan on parking at the hotel. They advertise parking, but they told us that they had only eight spaces and all were full. (Parking is available about two blocks away for 8.70 Euros per day.) It was an overall pleasant experience and a good value; I would recommend this hotel for the low-budget traveler (although not the hostel/backpacker type).

Could have done with facility to have dinner at hotel although there were restaurants within walking distance would have been nice for first evening.

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the Market square and there are restaruants near by as well as a train station. The room was clean and roomy but it could have used a desk in there or something as there was enough room for it. The shower was extremely small and the curtain didn't seem long enough so we had to put towels down so we didn't have a flood. The night front desk clerk Eddie was very helpful and nice but we encountered a rude man at the front desk during the day. We asked about extending our stay for an additional day and he said that we would have to pay the rack rate instead of the rate we secured for the first night on Orbitz. We were on a 3-week long honeymoon throughout Europe and this was the first hotel that wouldn't just give us the same rate for an additional night. Se we went to breakfast and used our phone to book online which the clerk seemed extremely annoyed by. The lobby was very charming and a nice place to hang out so that is a huge plus.

I spent a night at this hotel while traveling from Amsterdam to Paris. I had a really great experience- the staff was incredibly friendly and the room was very nice. I was traveling alone and my room was massive (though that might have been because I was there on a Wednesday). The hotel is also very centrally located- 5 minutes walking distance from the main street, 10 minutes walking distance from the town square, and 2 minutes by taxi or bus from the train station. I was only in a Bruges for a short while, but this hotel made me feel very at home! The only issue I had was that the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room. But they have a computer in the lobby that guests are welcome to use, so that wasn't a big obstacle and didn't really detract from the experience.

Very friendly and helpful lady at reception. Rooms very clean. Breakfast very good. A very enjoyable stay!

ALthough there is parking there isnt much available at the hotel. However, parking on the boulevard is free and is only a 2 minute walk away.

The Holiday Inn was more than I expected. When I pulled up it was like I was about to stay in some wonderful villa in Tuscany. The room was great, clean and fresh. The balcony was a wonderful plus for me. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomated my needs without me even having to ask them to. Overall, my experience there was more than I expected it to be. It was a great weekend for me and my boyfriend.

We stayed overnight. Checked in at 10pm and the girl behind the counter was very chipper and helpful. Room was ok, but nothing special. During our sleep we were awaken by the smell of cigarette smoke. Someone outside was probably smoking but our room smelled horrid. All in all ok stay.

1- The staff was friendly and attentive. 2- I loved the way the hotel is set up. I like that it does not feel like a box motel. The pool was great for the kids. 3- The breakfast staff went out of their way to serve the special diet needs of a family member. 4- The beds were clean and the bathroom was very clean. 5- The location was perfect for me. Stores and restaurants are very close. I walked to the grocery store and drug store from my room. 6- There was a lot going on that weekend, many young kids staying at the hotel, and it still felt quiet 7- I loved that I could actually open the window and let the fresh air in. There were only two negatives and they both may have been caused by the previous occupants of the room. The rug was not as clean as it should have been. I don't blame the staff. They did try to clean it but it needed a deep shampoo. And the room smelled of smoke though it was a designated non-smoking room. It was very good overall and I believe it is the best hotel in the Stockton area.

The Holiday Inn Stockton was older than I expected but it was comfortable and clean. I like the fact that the vanity was in the bathroom. There was adequate space for hanging clothes in the closet and they provided an ironing board w/iron and suitcase stand. There was a little area outside the bathroom that was perfect for the suitcase stand. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. They offered a rewards program that included a coupon for hotel dining and exclusive guest parking at the hotel.
