Hotel war sehr sauber, Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum zufrieden und sehr guter Service.

This hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street right off the major road and near everything. Service was good and the room was very clean and comfortable.

立派なホテルだが、若干古さを感じる。 トイレも滝の様に一気に水が流れて周りが水浸しになったり、シャワーが固定式で蛇口の様な形状でに一気に出てくる。 バスタオルは凄く大きい。アメニティはシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディシャンプー・ボディローション。しかし一般的に使えない様なホテル独特の品。 チェックイン時、年配の女性が英語を話してくれるがフランス語発音？なのか全く聞き取れず。若い女性の英語は理解できるレベル。 ツインルームを予約したが、ダブルルームに通される。 変更をして貰えたが、トリプル（３人）で申し込みしていたのにエキストラベッドは用意されておらず、何回もフロントで依頼。 散々待って設置されたエキストラベッドは大変寝心地のいい、エキストラとは呼べない位のベッド。こういうところがさすがヒルトン。 しかし全体的に、細やかなサービスと言うのに大変欠ける。 申告して初めて行動に出て貰える感じ。 朝食は全てにおいて種類が豊富で、美味しかった。

very nice rooms ,walls are a little thin or maybe because we had ajoining rooms try to avoid, we could hear our neighbors..do not use the room bar!!!! $10 for 1 can of coke.!!! Great places to eat within walking distance.

Bed too hard. Shower was ridiculous.... Imagine taking a shower standing on a pizza pan while being mugged by the liner and there was no place for soap or anything else. One hap-hazard move & the entire bathroom was flooded. Overpriced breakfast. Very minimalist decor... Not a cushion to be found anywhere. All chairs were hard plastic. No chair in room except for the plastic kind. I do have to say.... The front desk staff was extremely nice!!!!

L'hotel ne vaut pas plus que 2 étoiles, très loin des 4 étoiles annoncées! La salle de bains est une marche plus bas et pas du tout signalée. Un vrai piège!! Le garage est en face de l'hotel mais pour y entrer, même à pied, il faut demander au consierge d'ouvrir la porte!

La chambre n'avait d'"executive" que le nom: lit single alors que payé pour lit "queen size". Moquette maculée de taches. TV défectueuse. Chauffage insuffisant. Sanitaires crasseux. Mini-bar sous clef. Pas une seule prise de courant disponible pour brancher un laptop. Seul le petit déjeuner (continental) était passable. Adresse à éviter .

Clean, large rooms, friendly customer service. A nice restaurant area is around the corner, as is a good shopping street. About 10-15 mins walk from the city centre. Enjoyed an excellent stay.

Overall a very decent hotel ~ staff friendly, room size moderate, comfortable and quiet. Though not close to Grand Place, Hotel just next to Louise Metro Station and easy to access to Grand Place and Midi Train Station (South Station). No hesitation to recommend. If I travel to Brussels again, I will stay at Sofitel again.

I stayed for three nights at this hotel and had high expectations. It is newly and stylishly renovated with funky acoustic music piped through the lobby and bar. You feel that you are someplace special and different but there is a real side to the appearance of luxury. Generally, the desk is staffed by very efficient looking and well groomed young people. It is clear that they are programmed to provide good service but there is not much warmth. I requested an extra cot for my room three times - each time the person at the desk said "yes, no problem" and it was finally brought just past midnight on the night we needed it. A friendly and slightly flustered young woman brought the cot to my room and we discovered that it would not fit so we tilted it sideways and carried it in. Strangely, the mattress was tied to the frame with the belts of several bath robes. The first night that I arrived I found all the lights in the room blazing and music playing on the radio (turn down service). When I wanted to go to bed I was unable to turn off the hall light and could only switch it off with the main switch near the front door. This meant that I could not read myself to sleep but had to get up and shut off the main switch to turn out the lights (remember the days when there was no remote control on the tv!?). The next day I told the front desk and they said that it would be fixed but it was not. It was finally fixed on the last day of my stay after I called again. One night my friends and I went to the bar thinking that we would have a drink or some dessert. We suffered sticker shock and decided to leave. It is very pricy. The Hagen Daaz around the corner was an adequate alternative. Eggs are not served at the breakfast buffet, one must request them. On the second morning I requested eggs and they never came. On the last morning they came but the boiled egg was almost raw and inedible. All in all, these things probably would not matter to me or a normal customer if the price were lower and if the hotel did not aspire to be a "luxury" hotel. They probably also would not have mattered if someone at the desk were more of a real person than a polite, programmed automaton. I would have preferred a real response rather than a "yes, of course" every time. Nice hotel but there was a real world side to the "luxury".

This hotel may be in an area that is not the most popular part of town but it is quite close to the shopping district of Av Louise as well as new shops which are opening in the area of the hotel. Always find a reliable service at this hotel (I have stayed there many times) but the buffet breakfast is the only meal that is catered in the hotel.

A nice clean hotel a block from the Metro. For Europe its a large room and pretty modern. There are some all night bars and cafe's afew blocks away .

Bonjour , lit d'appoint dans la chambre à conseiller pour 1 enfant en bas age et surtout pas deux enfants car le matelas est un brise dos creusé vers le milieu (matelas PLUS que d'appoint)- l'acces au spa et aux chambres n'est pas bon - Pour aller au spa il faut redescendre au zéro et prendre un nouvel ascenseur ceci en passant devant l'accueil. Le SPA sent mauvais. L'intéret de cet hôtel etait le tarif , l'emplacement, et le petit déjeuner il n'y a rien à dire sur ce point. Manque de personnel à l'accueil - personnel très gentil.

hotel de standing avec un prix de chambre très modéré pendant le week end. Chambre spacieuse pour 4 personnes et bien équipée. Dommage que la literie ne soit pas à la hauteur ni l'insonorisation avec la rue. malgré tout, Bon rapport qualité prix

Very good experience with no negatives or problems, other than the weather.

Hotel ayant vieilli. Absence de 'balayette WC' dans les toilettes, supports de douchette fatigiés et ne permettant pas d'accrocher la douchette au mur; sol de salle de bains taché ou sale? Prix payé très avantageux, mais prix de base affiché trop élevé par rapport aux prestations.

L'hôtel est très bien situé,tout proche d'une station de métro ;il est tout à fait possible d'aller à pied visiter le centre historique.La chambre est bien équipée ,mais comme ce studio est prévu pour 2 il serait souhaitable d'avoir deux chaises.

very convenient location and price. nothing fancy, but all what you need for a short stay. very close to the metro.

Rooms are spacious but interior decor dates back to 80ies. If you are lucky you get one of the renovated rooms. As long as you pay less than 100 Euro it's a fine deal. Easy reach by public transport (stop Vleurgat by tram 94 and bus 38 & 60 - right opposite Blue Tower in Avenue Louise). Friendly staff.

Pulito, uno dei pochi hotel con parquet, buona posizione per visitare Bruxelles metro 2 linee e autobus per il centro e per l'aereoporto.Uno dei pochi hotel che comprendeva nel prezzo anche la colazione, tra l'altro molto buona. Camere pulite, stile un pò minimalista, ma tutto arredamento in bianco, compreso letto. Forse unico neo il bagno un pò piccolo e con pochi punti di appoggio, ma tranquillamente superabile.

Great price including fresh breakfast! Not the center of city but very convenient by metro, which only takes 3mins to. I've actually recommended it to others during my staying. Willing stay there again and recommend to everyone.

Lovely neighborhood. The staff was helpful. The deal with Orbitz was reasonable, but the hotel caters to well-heeled business people so it charges a lot for breakfast and other services.

tarif ok via [site web] en revanche plein tarif trop élevé par rapport à la prestation. Les chambres sont propres et plutot jolie. La literie est excellente. Il y a une machine nespresso en chambre (appréciable le matin quand on est pressé) Par contre : accueil pas terrible, eau tiède le matin à 9h ! il faut demander un cable pour se brancher en filaire sur le net (plutot bien car rapide et sécurisé) mais il faut se mettre à 4 pattes pour aller brancher le cable sous le bureau.... L'hôtel me semblait désert tout comme le restau. En résumé, il y a mieux pour le même prix sur bruxelles dans les 5*

J'ai adoré la salle de bain si spacieuse et la grande baignoire en coin!

for the most expensive place in our 4 week west europe holiday, this was certainly only 2nd worst value for money. and what we paid for 2 nights was barely more than half the single night value as advertised on the inside of the door of the room. Although there was a lift, it was almost purposeless to take it, as it puts you out at random places on each floor, with many creaky stairs to every room - which meant that anyone leaving in the morning wakes everyone else up. Although we sat in the "bar" for a while, no one made any attempt to find out if we wanted anything from the meagre menu. Location was not too bad once we'd found it - pity Brussels had very little of interest to offer.

Personnels très accueillants et disponibles pour renseigner. Hôtel à deux pas des sites historiques, restaurants... Dommage que me wifi était en panne. Nous y retournerons si nous devons revenir sur Bruxelles.

I stayed on the fifth floor. And I had difficulty to take shower in the peak time of the morning, because of low pressure of in the pipes. I hope they fix the problem soon.

La chambre côté rue trop bruyante, la porte de la douche en morceaux , la boîte à mouchoirs vide, la moquette à revoir ...

L'acceuil est excellent . L'accès wifi est parfait.

Very nice, rather small, friendly hotel. Perfect for me because I like to take the bus or walk, and I really do not like to stay in the noisy center of Brussels (being a woman travelling alone a lot).

　英語も通じ，スタッフの態度，対応は非常にフレンドリーかつ臨機応変でよい。チェックイン前，チェックイン後も快く荷物を預かってくれる(チップは渡したが受け取らなかった。)。部屋はスモールにしたが，一人で泊まるには充分すぎる広さ。 　全体的に，この値段でこの質なら特に文句はないと思う。
