The staff are amazing and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the amenities are great (nice gym, free bottles of evian, wifi everywhere, etc.). My only complaint was that there is no real restaurant. The 24-hour snack buffet is a nice touch, but the food has to be heated with a microwave and it kind of feels like a college dorm setup. I also paid a LOT given that it seemed like a pretty simple hotel. But the location and service couldn't be beat.

Great location, beware of evening noise

I came to Brussells to meet new family members, but wanted my own space and to safely access local entertainment and cuisine. Unfortunetly, my room faced the front of the hotel...who knew that this small street off the Grand Place became the strip of late night bars and all night "burger joints". I was awake until 7am from the noise. If I had been facing another direction, my only report would be about the friendly staff, pleasant lobby bar, wonderful breakfast, clean room and nice, modern decor.

Short walk to Grand Place. Very close to Central Station (direct Train to airport Zaventem, Metro). My room had a window into the "lobby", so no fresh air possible but also no noise from the street. Rooms small but comfortable with all I need.

We only get a week vacation and like to be centrally located where we can walk to everything. This hotel's location was only 2 blocks from Grand Place and accessbile to metro. Needs an interior facelift which is underway. The room was fine and quiet despite the very busy street level location next to a McDonald's. Can walk easily to St. Catherine area, west to cafes and well as east to central tourist area. Great water pressure in shower, but tight space for standing. Good thing we are both short!

Nice average hotel. Single room at 140 euro is acceptable. 25 euro for a poor (mostly not-coocked) breakfast is far too steep. Can't remember when I last saw a TV which is not flat screen...Also, if you want to watch TV you have to leave the cabinet open, and you can't walk around...Smashing location!

Service and location were this hotels main strengths. The staff were outstanding and most helpful. The location near Schuman train station meant that travel around Brussels and beyond to places like Luxembourg was easy. Breakfast meals were way too expensive and not value for money. Internet connection was also too expensive.

I stayed one night the room was nice the bathroom was excellent I had a nice tub to soak in..sooo lovely, however it is at least a 60 ride from the airport, so its a bit far, the room they gave me was next to the elevator on the first floor, with no view!! Horrible!! However its a cool area, but the cab ride was expensive from the airport, I dont think its worth it but if you are staying in town for the week its great...

Business district hotel, nice breakfast, rooms are sufficient to sleep, bathroom quality was a bit of a let down. Room was at end of hall, near a rubbish skip, so ear plugs were needed.

Rooms are spacious but interior decor dates back to 80ies. If you are lucky you get one of the renovated rooms. As long as you pay less than 100 Euro it's a fine deal. Easy reach by public transport (stop Vleurgat by tram 94 and bus 38 & 60 - right opposite Blue Tower in Avenue Louise). Friendly staff.

Lovely neighborhood. The staff was helpful. The deal with Orbitz was reasonable, but the hotel caters to well-heeled business people so it charges a lot for breakfast and other services.

Les chambres sont propres et plutot jolie. La literie est excellente. Il y a une machine nespresso en chambre (appréciable le matin quand on est pressé)
Par contre : accueil pas terrible, eau tiède le matin à 9h ! il faut demander un cable pour se brancher en filaire sur le net (plutot bien car rapide et sécurisé) mais il faut se mettre à 4 pattes pour aller brancher le cable sous le bureau....
L'hôtel me semblait désert tout comme le restau.
En résumé, il y a mieux pour le même prix sur bruxelles dans les 5*

The price was good, and this was one of the nice places that we stayed on the trip that we took. It might not be a four star hotel, but it is still a great deal. Close to the metro stop, and walking distance to many points of interest make it a great location for seeing the city.

The location is fantastic and the hotel was very nice for the price. The two complaints I have are the extra-firm mattresses were less than inviting, and the guy at the front desk was pretty much a total jerk. Get past those two things, and Eurostars is a very good value.

They have free wifi, are centrally located, and I paid $75 USD per night, which was way cheaper than any other hotel of faaar less quality anywhere near by. The staff was helpful and the beds/bathrooms were decent. The room was clean... I stayed there on two different trips

I was in Brussels for a quick vacation and found this hotel to be in the perfect location. The room was spacious for European standards. The linens were clean and the hotel was quiet in the evening. The hotel staff wasn't the most helpful in finding places to eat or to hang out, but I didn't pick the hotel for the staff. If you want a clean comfortable room within walking distance of a majority of the attractions in Brussels this is the place for you.

Nice hotel in the center of Brussels close to the major sightseens like Grand Place or Manneken Pis. Clean and bright room, with beautiful furniture and high sealing. Even an iron board is located in a separate built-in closet with ornamental flowers on its door. Our junior suite was large with a separate sitting area and two doors to the large balcony (however, the balcony itself is shared with other rooms and has no privacy). Bed sheets were good, soft and clean. Receptionists speak good English. The bar downstairs is beautifully designed and serves good beer. These are the pros.
Cons:
1) There was just one cup, one glass, one spoon in the room. Nobody at check-in asked us if we needed additional stuff for the morning coffee.
2) The bathroom design (faucets, sink, floor, etc..) was absolutely boring for a 4-star hotel. I'd say it Needs That Special Something. Also, one of the towels was torn right in the middle. Ugh!
3) The bathroom door is next to the bed. And it has matte glass in it. So if there is a couple staying in the suite, one will be awake if the other one is using the bathroom at night.
4) Although we requested a non-smoking room, there was an ash-tray and matches in the room which means people can smoke there. The room was sanitized - no smell in the open area at all, however, I felt the smell between the curtains and the balcony door. Looks like they didn't sanitize it enough.
5) Two TVs in the room were old and small. We expected at least one flat screen in a 4-star hotel.
Despite these cons, I still recommend this hotel to everyone.

No se merece las 4 estrellas, eso seguro.
Alfombras rasgadas, personal no muy amable, cuartos de baño mediocres etc...
Además al entrar se cobran una cantidad más alta de la estipulada de tu tarjeta de crédito " por si a caso", que dicen que luego ya te devuelven, eso habrá que verlo aún....
Desde luego para ir a ese hotel, mejor coger uno más barato de 3 estrellas y sale lo mismo.

Hotel de tres bon standing et bien placé, mais a part le prix de la chambre très abordable pour cette qualité, le moindre service additionnel est très cher (petit dejeuner > 20€/pers, restaurant, bar, parking)

Stayed here few years running with the health club being a major draw. 10 min walk into Grand Place that may not suit some. but buses and the Metro nearby. Major shopping areas of Ave Louise and around Namur are about 5 mins walk away.
Nice size rooms appear well maintained. Beds had mattress toppers so quite comfortable. Windows will open for a change of air.
Breakfast included in rate and was of good quality and choice. Be clueless about people's needs e.g. no plates, no replenishment of jams, no teaspoons on the table. Monday's service was noticably different.
Health club does not open the pool until 6pm weekdays - shame when arriving Fri afternoon for a weekend stay. Open every morning and all day Sat and Sun though.
Parking apparently not included in my booking. Unless I paid the high charge to access the internet, I couldn't verify. Managed to find the out of zone area so parked about 5 mins walk away.

Vert fine hôtel. Central station should be the nearest one.
I walked to the Grand Place. And thé Royal Park was good too.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was a wise decision. The hotel is located near the European Parliament and right next to a subway station 3 stops away from Grand-Place. The staff was friendly and the rooms were big and clean. Best of all, the night rates were quite good, probably because it was weekend and all the workers at the EU institutions were back home. On the down side and the main reason I'm not rating our stay higher, they do not have free wifi and they charge an unbelievable amount for an internet connection.

The hotel location was great, walking distance to many sites like the Grand Place. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and they had a good knowledge of the local area. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the only negative thing I can think of was that the bath towels seemed pretty cheap for such a nice hotel. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend the Marriott to others.

グランプラスから歩いて１５分程度、トラム・メトロの駅からも近く移動にも便利。部屋はキッチン等が付いたアパートメントタイプで食材を買ってきて調理することもできる。フロントのスタッフは親切で気持ち良い対応。同じブロックにスーパーもあり不自由しません。

Appartement bien placé et bien équipé. Pratique: WC séparé, le salon où il y a les deux lits gigognes est isolé avec une porte donc on ne se gêne pas même à 4.

The hotel was at a great location with easy walking access to Grand Place and public transit. Our first one-bedroom suite was recently renovated with nice flooring and clean. We liked that the sofa turned into two separate twin beds (like trundle beds) which were comfortable for kids. The separate bedroom was small but comfortable. Not all rooms have been renovated; one room had old, stained carpets. The hotel staff were helpful in changing our room. In short, the hotel is a great value that is functional, comfortable for families, and centrally located.

I went to meetings in the vicinity and found the location very practical and the apartment very reasonably priced and spacious. The second piece of soap was missing again (something the B-Apart chain of hotels seems to specialise in!) - In my view, normal people require one piece of soap for the handbasin and another for the shower! The room also smelled of cigar smoke. Maintenance was poor, toilet didnt flush properly. Television system and choice of channels did not work well.

제가 묵었던 방은 호텔문이 카페트에 걸려서 열고, 닫는데 상당히 불편하였습니다. 26번 방의 출입문은 다른 사용자에게도 상당히 불편할 것 같습니다. 특히 여성 투숙자의 경우는 열고 닫기가 어려울 수 있을 정도였습니다. 개선요망
