disappointing experience
ineficcient and long check in process (unprofessional attendance by one staff member); noisy bedroom (above garage door); heating system not working (aircon mode only);

There was not a reception in this building. Runaissance hotel next to this apartment combined the reception. But a notice at an entrance of this apartment did not show it. Finally we could find the reception after asking an empolyee.

Fantastic luxury Weekend Value
Favourite hotel of our trip we had a big comfortable bed a separate lounge and kitchen. It was a really well appointed room. Beautiful day sat on the balcony had a few drinks. Had the best Kebab we've ever tasted from the cafe across the road. Staff were great nothing too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast buffet included in the price and free parking at the weekend. A little bit out of town but well worth using. We plan to back again as soon as possible. I doubt their is better weekend value in Brussels.

Good Hotel but very hard to find the reception.
Hotel itself was very good. But I needed time to find the reception. On the window of the entrance was notification that the reception was located to the left with 1 or 2 minute walk. But I could find Marriott's reception. I asked a staff of the next hotel(Renaissance Hotel and understood that the reception was the same as Renaissance's. The notification did not say the name. Except for it, Hotel was very comfortable.

Excellent option at this price
Very good equipment at the apartment. Although we were at the apartments, we were able to use the facilities at the Marriot hotel (gym, swimming pool). Of course (as usually happens with american hotels) they charge for everything, from parking to internet and breakfast. But the whole package was a good choice.

Bon établissement
Bon séjour. Bon accueil. Personnel serviable. Nous avions un appartement tout équipé. Le resto est de bonne qualité. Le PDJ sous forme de buffet est très copieux et varié. Etablissement bien placé puisque dans le quartier du parlement européen avec commodités transport en commun, touristique et taxis.
