Okay
Seems like five stars is taking on a new meaning. Location, location, location deserves five stars. Other than that, it is a nice hotel that was clean and comfortable. However, I view giving five stars as outstanding and only one of the four five star hotels I've stayed at during this trip has ranked a five and this wasn't it.

Great history and architecture in Brussels
The hotel is in a great location. Staff are great. Checkin/checkout was fast and efficient. Buffet breakfast is expensive - 30 Euros p p No face cloths in bathroom Didn't replace used wine glasses with clean ones One bedside lamp didn't work Rooms on main street are noisy when windows open due to a very late closing disco across the street. Would stay there again.

the location was good but the front desk was not helpful. They were not willing to make any accomodations.

Nice hotel, but poor experience with staff / service
I think it was a fluke, but unfortunately we had a poor experience with the service and the staff in the hotel. Housekeeping didn't make up our room, and the staff was slightly surly when we called in the evening after being out all day to ask why and if we could have more towels, soap, etc. Not a huge deal, but for a nice hotel (supposedly 5 stars), this should not have happened. I assume it was a fluke and not a regular occurrence. Otherwise a very nice hotel in a great location. I'd recommend it, although I personally might not give them by business again.

Good Location
The hotel is in a good location, close to the Central train station and Grand Place. It was also near the concerts that were going on during my visit. The hotel has a bar, restaurant and good location.

Great location and value
This hotel had an excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, and comfortable rooms on the business floor. Breakfast was done very well. Overall an excellent value and I would gladly stay again.
