Where to start.....Whilst the rooms were nice (cosy as my girlfriend put it) the room we initially had, had 2 separate single duvets of bigger concern was the amount you could hear from next door. They weren't being particularly noisy but the walls were paper thin. The TV not working apart from channel 2 exacerbated the problem. Tea that was not normal (ie lemon tea) again so. The site came up that the room was originally £599.

Terrible
Small room. Air-conditioning was terrible. Double charged. They haven't returned my emails regarding the double charging for 4 days.

Good hotel at reasonable price
Good hotel by Norwegian brand, much better than same in Norway, great location walking distance to main touristic spots and Gare du North (trains to/from airport), haven't tried breakfast (expensive) but supermarket is next door. Rooms are small but have very comfortable beds. Expensive Internet (9 EUR per day) but had no other option. Overall good 4* hotel in the center.

No se merece las 4 estrellas,
No se merece las 4 estrellas, eso seguro. Alfombras rasgadas, personal no muy amable, cuartos de baño mediocres etc... Además al entrar se cobran una cantidad más alta de la estipulada de tu tarjeta de crédito " por si a caso", que dicen que luego ya te devuelven, eso habrá que verlo aún.... Desde luego para ir a ese hotel, mejor coger uno más barato de 3 estrellas y sale lo mismo.

Hotel meraviglioso esteticamente
Hotel meraviglioso esteticamente ma la convenienza della prenotazione è stata ridotta dalla scoperta solo al momento del check in che non era inclusa la colazione e che avremmo dovuto pagare 22 euro al giorno a persona per usufruirne! Abbiamo declinato tale eventualità ma poi abbiamo dovuto fare i conti con il fatto che i bar a bruxelles aprivano tutti alle 10:00! Ogni mattina fare colazione e cercare di non perdere l'intera mattinata era un incubo! Per il resto staff eccellente e molto cordiale. Le camere sono accoglienti e il bagno grande con vasca da bagno. All'ultimo piano anche palestra, sauna e solarium. Di fronte il principale centro commerciale di Bruxelles e le vie dello shopping. L'unico neo: camere torride! Abbiamo dovuto accendere l'aria condizionata a 15 gradi per sopravvivere nonostante fossimo a marzo!

I have booked for two people,then
I have booked for two people,then in my room was just enough space to move between the bag and the bed, There was no such good service as a 4 stars, i thougt i was in a 2 stars, i wait at least 15 minutes at the reception of the hotel to take my key, the fan was burned, and for two people was just one piece of shampoo, that's a little bit short to take two shower. In my opinion, it was really disapointing for a such hotel.
