Great hotel for business
Nice, clean hotel really in the middle of the downtown area, in walking distance to all major companies and banks (Petrobras, Vale, BNDES, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Economica Federal), Lapa (heart of Rio's night life# and Theatro Municipal #one Brazil's most beautiful theaters always featuring mazing concerts and operas#. The breakfast is good enough and lunch usually attracts a crowd from nearby offices. The pool on the top floor is really nice, with a beautiful view of Rio's natural landscapes and Flamengo #and of course a couple of favelas as everywhere else in Rio...). Te only con is that the rooms are rather small, but that seems to be the norm in Rio anyway. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for business travelers and I'll stay there again!

Le quartier centro n'est pas au centre.
un quartier vivant en semaine jusqu'à 19H00 mais mort après. La vue des chambres standards donne sur une façade. L'insonorisation des chambres laissent à désirer et la climatisation donne directement sur le lit. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est correct mais peu varié. La literie est bonne. une station de métro est à proximité et les nombreuses lignes de bus facilitent les déplacements dans tout RIO.
