True Luxe Hotel
Superb Maid Service. Kept room spotless. Comp Buffet Breakfast was 2nd to none! Dario the Concierge... Absolutely no request is a problem! The Location is incredible Dinner buffett is pricey but Max gave such a delightful lesson on Rio it was worth the price. Security is omnipresent. We truly felt that We were in a CLEAN & SAFE hotel. We we not consider staying anywhere else!

Excellent experience ...
The hotel has the best location on Copacabana. It sits right on the Copacabana, 3-4 minutes from the bus stations. The hotel is new, modern and clean. Rooms are overall very comfortable except the sound of the lift door opening and closing. The view of the ocean and the beach is excellent. The hotel is the tallest structure on Copacabana. The breakfast is perhaps the best you can get in Rio. Ipanema beach is about 30~40 minutes walk from the hotel. Pleasant to walk in the evening. Cristo Redentor and Sugar Loaf are close by. Would love to stay again here.

Great experience, good reception and assistance from staff.. The taps need to be turned around to show hot when the water is hot.. And need easier excess to wifi ... Otherwise a great hotel, my safety was guaranteed and the staff was willing to help all the time... Loved it

Great Location, Freshly remodeled
For anyone whom has stayed in Rio hotels before, you know that most 3 or 4 star hotels tend to be very dated & run down. The Windsor Atlantica was almost brand new, having been completely remodeled. Staff was friendly, location doesn't get any better for business or tourist travelers alike (it sits on the beachfront and the corner of the main road headed to downtown). Would certainly stay there again.

Great Option in Rio, highly recommended for both leisure or business travelers, hotel is very new with modern facilities, great service & location. Breakfast Buffet is excellent! Definitely a fantastic option in Rio de Janeiro if you would like to stay away from the old buildings, expensive options in Rio

Pleasant stay at Windsor for 3 nights. Enviable location in Copacabana Beach and Praia do Leme. Walking distance to Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Banks, etc. Staff very friendly and efficient. Modern SPA and Gym. Fast Wireless internet (unique in Brazil) and Superb Buffet Breakfast. Safe and Secure with western standards throughout.

Gutes Hotel, aber preislich am oberen Anschlag. Gestört hat mich der Preis von 35 Reais/Tag für WiFi. Das bei ziemlich lausiger Verbindung. Ital. Restaurant im Parterre teils gut, teils mittelmässig, je nach Menu.

Worst Hotel experience ever!!!
My stay at this Hotel was the worst experience ever! Would not recommend it to anyone! Why: 1. My sister came to visit me, I was asleep and she asket front desk to call me so she can come up. They would not let her come to my room!!! Fail!! Then I had some friends who wanted to come over and have a few drinks before we went out, the security people wouldn't let them in. Another Fail!!! 2. During my checkout I was prompted to pay $R 6500.- which shocked me! I already had paid through my agency and could not understand why they wanted more money, then I said I'm not paying that since I already paid, they checked and of course they saw that I had paid. Then they wanted $R650.- for drinks that I wasn't aware I had made, I said I'm not paying that, then they got the receipts and of course it was someone elses signature on them. It would be a nice Hotel but with those policies for visitors and money scams made the whole experience absolutely distasteful for me.
